Could do with clearer signage of collection point at airport, although I found it easily that was more to do with luck than anything else. Could the buses be modified to make it easier to get luggage off and stop people blocking teh exit while they get their stuff out of the racks.

Everything went very smooth indeed. We did not experience any unexpected difficulties, so I was in general quite satisfied. My only gripe is the policy of charging a full extra day's charge for for a minute stay beyond 24:00 hours.A fairer system is to make a day 24 hours from booking in, e.g. if I book in 16:00 hours today the day should last until 16:00 tomorrow and not two days as it is at the moment.

I paid for 7 days parking,had to return 3 days early to attend to family matters.I was informed that the evening of my return that I would receive a refund to the credit card used for the booking--still waiting! Booking was for 07/03/2007--14/03/2007.I would like a response please.

Airparks we very easy to book and use, especially booking online was extremely good value. The set up at Airparks does give the traveller confidence, there are 'stinger' style ramps at the entrance so security is good and when collecting your car it is left with ample space and room to open all the doors and boot without squeezing between your and the next car. Also Transfers between car park and airport are often and smooth. I would recommend anyone travelling from Luton to use Airparks.

The coach TO the airport was so full that several of us had to stand. Also, the driver coming back just sat there watching people (some elderly) struggling to lift their cases up into the rack - I noticed a sign saying that this was due to 'health & safety reasons'. Having said that, the price was very good (I paid £18 for 3 days) and the process itself was very slick - we were leaving the car park within a couple of minutes of being dropped off.

Ive used airparks luton on a number of occasions and have never been let down. Even with all the road works going on around the airport and access routes they still provide a very good service to and from the airport and they also e-mailed me with alternative routes and advice. Airparks is now my only choice for airport parking.

Cut back hedges at entrance to make it easier to see, more light and brighter signs showing the way in, front opening office door, more light around key boxes with clearer instruction label, better location for key boxes e.g. on the way out, one-way traffic through office for people and luggage, rain/sun cover for people waiting for bus.

We had to wait a long time at each end for the coach (approx 30mins). One unhappy passenger gave up and drove away! They should advertise a timetabled coach service not an "on request" service.. clearly false advertising. We left plenty of time on this occasion so it wasn't a problem for us, but i would definately think twice about using Airparks again (especially if short on time).

This was the first time that we had airport parking services and were very impressed with the service offered. We had a early morning flight and it took less than 20 minutes from ariving at the car park to ariving at the airport. The return journey and collection again only took 20 minutes from being picked up at the airport and driving out of the car park having collected the car. Excellent well done. will recommend to all my friends and family.

This is the first time I had used this facility & everthing worked well, courtious staff & easy transfer & the clean toilet facilities were most welcome. The later is a facility which the on airport facilities do not offer, which could be a problem if you have just missed a tranfer bus!

friendly efficient staff made check in very easy. In less than 10 minutes after arriving we were being wizzed along to the airport in the courtesy bus. The new computerised tags made collection even easier...it's just a shame that they cannot control the cold wind that was blowing across the carpark when we arrived back from a lovely warm country!!

One recommendation - I think you could have a more obvious sign on your entrance as although the directions on the website were good we managed to overshoot the entrance and go further down the road to the place with a very obvious display saying "we are not an airport car park".

after getting back to find my car was not ready, i was then told "we dont know where your keys are" , i was then left in the car park for 25 mins while they tried to find the keys, eventually someone came back and opened the car and then drove it round to me like they where at a race track, so all in all not very good !!

I was unhappy to hear that you weren't prepared to take my snowboard on the transfer bus, and that I was expected to drop it off at the airport first. The busses would be better with 2 doors, and they should run more frequently in order to be less packed in like sardines. On our return from our ski-ing trip my husband had broken his wrist and was unable to lift luggage. Whilst easy-jet gave him priority boarding and helped to protect his arm from further injury, he was forced to be squashed and jostled on the transfer bus whilst I had to deal with all our luggage alone.

I was very sceptical about off site parking - I usually get dropped off, but this time I took the plunge and booked. Directions are quite straight forward, just park up next to the office, book your keys in (they park it for you) and hop on the transfer. Easy on the return, plenty of staff to give you your keys back. Car had been parked nearby so soon on my way. I noted my mileage as I left and noted on my arrival that only 0.4 of a mile had been added. I suspected the worst, used by staff etc as current press reports uncover for some operators. Really pleasantly surprised and will definately recommend and use again.

The booking and check in logistics are fine. the park is a long way from the airport. The buses are large and wait to be filled including too many standing. we waited a long time at the terminal for the bus having not been able to get on the first bus the number of custmers.

The sevice was very good value for money and I will be using Simply Parking the next time I am travelling.

My friends and I have used this car park facility on a number of occasions and in the main have found it very pleasurable. Once last year in June the staff were abrupt and not very friendly. Last week ALL the staff were jovial and efficient and it was a pleasure to use their facilities.

Everything is very efficient, but the airport buses are fairly large and they seem to wait to fill them up before they leave. We just missed one bus and had to wait about 20 minutes for the next one.

We had never used you before & were delighted how easy the whole procedure was, It was the cheapest car parking by far & the site was easy to find - we travelled from Okehampton in Devon The staff were friendly & helpful & we will certainly use you again
