The service was super convenient. The transfers to and from the airport were far quicker than I had anticipated, even at a busy time of the day. The service to drop off and collect my car was very quick and simple, I didn't have to queue at either end. There was no waiting for buses, there was always at least one waiting and they weren't too busy. The car was parked close buy for collection. A super service I would use again. The only shame is that the M1 takes you to Luton - I ould recommend leaving at junction 9 to get the the AirPark if coming from theSouth - easy to find and saves a few miles of M1 traffic jam.

There was a slight mix up upon our return in that the reference number for my car's location had been mistyped and the emplyee took some time to find it. also the bus driver on the return from the airport to airpark took an odd route through a residential area full of spedd slow down bumps and the journee took longer than expected.

Whilst the buses are crammed full of luggage and people - thankfully the journey between the airport and car-park is quite short - so it's bearable if you have to stand all the way. In spite of this we'd definately use them again. Very good value compared to other car-parks and friendly staff.

The coach driver was a merry soul.. I still wonder how people manage to find their way back to the motorway... very good directions given to get there... but it's never quite the same going in the opposite direction is it.... ! I followed my nose and got to junction 9 which was fine.. but I still remember my panic last time.

Having driven to the airport car parks I was then redirected to airparks, several miles away and very badly signposted.(I couldn't read the small print on the booking form while driving). Checked into the car park and ran for a bus which was waiting. It sat there for another 15-20 minutes before moving. On return, the bus stop was not at all clearly indicated. Then there was a half hour wait for the bus to arrive. I will not be using Airparks again if I have to fly from Luton.

I was very unhappy that your car parking was not signposted more clearly, especially as there were major road works to confuse things further. I would be pleased to receive a refund for the parking that I was not able to find, especially as I have to spend a fortune on NCP parking instead. This is the second time that I have used this parking facility and on both occasions I found that the transfer coaches had blocked my exit route from the car park when leaving. The staff attitude to this was "tough - find another way out" This I managed to do with the help of my passengers navigating through gaps in fences and other narrow spaces. This is not so easy in the middle of the night when the lighting is inadequate. Another thing I noticed was that security of car keys did not appear so tight as at BCP car parks, you put them in a box which is easily accessible by the public. When I was there all the boxes were open and there was someone going through all the keys. I do not know if this was a member of staff or not. Although it is a fair amount cheaper that the car parks nearer the airport I don't think I will use them again.

We did arrive early in the morning so traffic was not an issue. We were lucky that the bus was in and we were the last people to board. The bus driver was very polite and chatty. He did say that one bus was out of service which i think may have been a problem later in the day.

Easy to follow directions to the car park. Quick and efficient drop off and collection of keys. Both ways there was a coach waiting and so transfers were quick. On return it could be signposted better to take you from the carpark to the motorway. We would definitely use Airparks again.

The roadworks widening work did not impede progress at all really, and the car park was easy to find with lots of brown signs showing the way. Very close to the airport, nice quick and efficient staff, no problem leaving or returning and felt very well looked after. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good service for a good price. Bus transfers to the terminal are frequent, so does not take too long. I approached the airport from the Hitchin rd, but there were no signposts anywhere for the Airparks car park, until you actually get to Slip end. This can be confusing, especially if you don't know the area! Fortunately I did print the map from the website which I had with me in the car.

Long wait to get on bus - no cover and it was raining. Dark, cold and dingy. Buses poor design - one entrance at front - took ages for people to load their luggage up on to high shelfs on bus - absolutely no help from the driver - some older people really struggled with this. Bus extremely crowded as it waits until it is absolutely full before moving - ONLY use it if the saving of a couple of quid a day is very imortant to you!

Diretions to car park well set out and signposted. Very helpful and cheerful car park chap. Efficient admin staff. cheerful driver of bus. On return bus waiting at stop, bit of a squash as many people returning,but our fault not the driver's. Excellent service. thanks

Myself,husband and 2 children were booked into The Air parks at Luton on sunday 25/03/07 for a Triathlon training week in Portugal .We arrived in good time for our 6.30 am flight.I and my 2 children were on board the bus with our suitcases and hand luggage but when the driver saw my husbands bike box he refused to allow it on board.My husband then had to find the car keys ,load the bike in its box back into the car and then manoever the car out in a very tight space ,the bike then had to be taken to the Airport and my husband had to wait for us to arrive in order for the bike to be secure.This process took sometime and in order for us to insure that we would not miss check in and consequently our flight our only option was to park the car in the medium stay carpark which cost us £90 as returning the car back to Airparks and then getting the bus would have definately left us too late to catch check in .When the driver refused to take the bike box on board he said that this policy is written on your website ,and in checking on this it is,but as we went with a party of other athletes with bikes who had also booked parking with you they told us that they had been allowed to board the bus.If you are going to have such a policy then it should be used for everyone ,we were left in a very stressfull situation with 2 children unsure if we would make our flight,therefore i would like a full refund to recoup some of our parking fees.

No comments really. I mean, it's not rocket science running a car park, but I'm sure a lot of people would screw it up anyway, so well done airparks for just getting on with the job. Website worked well, and was up-front about the charges - no hidden extras which I liked. Good job. High five!

Arrived early in the moning, parking was quick and easy and a bus was waiting for us. I have used this service a couple of times and never had to wait for a bus. On return from our trip there was also a bus at the airport waiting for which I didn't have to wait. Excellent service, easy to use, I would highly recomment it.

Very impressed with the car park experiance, this was my first flight from Luton and would use again.Well signposted 5 mins from M1 and about 10 mins from airport.From arriving to setting off to airport only took 10 mins. Dropped off and picked up outside main terminal, only had to wait 5-10 mins at airport for return bus. Took less than 5 mins to get keys back go to car and exit car park.

The parking was easy to find and within easy reach of Luton Airport. We were swiftly taken to the airport once the car was checked in. The collection from the airport and regaining possession of my car was very swiftly done, a credit to everyone concerned. I will definitely use again if I fly from Luton

Directions are good but remember to read them well before you get near to the airport. You do not need to pay at the barrier; to get out you use the tag that was attached to your keys. The toilets on site are nice and clean. The journey to/from airport is painless and pickup/dropoff points are nice and close to entrance/exit

I found the service and transfer excellent and your staff friendly and helpful. On return my car had a flat battery and your staff were very helpful and had me on my way within minutes.
