The car park was secure, people are on site 24hours. i liked the fact you leave them to park the car it makes every thing easy and when you come to pick up you know you wont have a flat battery. the bus was there instantly. The only critisism is that due to road works the route is a bit different so i would call before setting off to bet exact diversion. The sat nav couldnt find it with the road works on it got all confused. Thankyou, you helped my holiday be happy and stress free, would definately use you again and you were the cheapest i could find!! Lisa and Mike

generally a good experience, it would be nice if the bus could be less crowded, you know the numbers from the flight arrivals. If training was given to drivers to lift heavy baggage this would help pack the racks better. Larger arrival tent for undercover when raining.

Very dissapointed with the transfer to airport. Expecting the bus to leave regulary like others airparks, my family and I sat on the bus for 30 minutes before it departed. If you want to spend a bit of time in the duty free, don't bother with this service or make sure you get to the park extra early.

We arrived at 5am in the morning, the staff were very efficient and helpful, explained what we needed to do. bus was there waiting, ready to go to airport, which only took about 10 minutes. Definately recommend this service to anyone. Wish they were near every airport we fly from!

Simle to get to off M1. we arrived at 3.30 am so very quiet but bus immediatly available to take us to departures. Short wait on way back. Get straight out of airport on to bus picked our car up and on our way home within 5 mins of getting back to car park even though their were several other customers arriving at same time Hassle free wouldnt hesitate to use again

the directions you provided on your web-site when booking were a disgrace no first roundabout turn left instead of right at traffic lights insufficiant signs from the m1 staff were spot on when we eventually arrived wouldn't like to try & find it in the dark

No issues; easy to book and easy to find. Staff nice & polite. However, when we arrive at the car park, we find it difficult to get into the numbered lanes, it seemed like the staff had difficulties in moving the cars away from the arrival area. Further, we missed the coach by 10 sec and then had to wait over 45 min for the next one. So you do need to allow over 1hr for a comfortable transfer to the airport. Will use again if price stays competitive with other car parks. Thanks

As a solo traveller, I need everything to be trouble free and efficient, especially as I drive myself for two hours to the airport. I have used Airparks on two occasions and remain completely impressed by the car park staff, their pleasant manner and the smooth efficiency in which I can leave my car at the reception area. Immediate boarding of the transfer bus to the airport has been troublefree. On returning from the airport, it has been such a relief to board a waiting bus for the transfer back to the car parking area.- I have recommended the facility to others and speak highly of this service. Great value for money - without the worry!!!Carole

We waited on a packed bus for a considerable time before the bus moved. the luggage netting was not put in place on this journey to the airport. On return we waited in the wet & cold for some time & again the bus was packed. however the netting was in place this time. Staff mainly helpful, system for collecting & dropping off effecient & quick.

Because of roadworks we allowed more extra time than we really needed and had a long wait at the airport, although better to be early than late. Your service was very efficient but we found it rather more expensive than similar services at Birmingham and East Midlands.

The overall experience was good, dropped of right outside the terminal with good assistance when I got a bit confused! The way back was really busy, we had to wait for 2 buses before we could get on. Perhaps not enough buses, but at the end of the day you pay for what you get! I would use again and would have no reason not to recommend to a friend.

overall thought the services was very good. found the carpark ok and check in was simple. they take the key give you a card and thats it.you get on the bus and 10mins or so later your at the airport. return journey was the same. very easy - just what you want at the end of a long day traveling

Transfer took about 30mins to airport, 45 back (incl. waiting for coach), but the arrival was pretty easy (other that they expected my reference number which I didn't have at hand) and after all I would book there again if I can't avoid flying from Luton ;o)

if we were to nit pick, which is this, the reception could do with 2 more people on when we arrive to pick the cars up. but that isnt really a complaint as they did handle things very quickly with out any problems. thanks, we will definatly use them again in the very near future.

O/B transfer was quite sraightforward, but the I/B transfer took almost 1 hour - too many people (& luggage) not enough coaches! Coach models such as those used by National Express would be much more efficient at peak times/or when dealing with high volumes of passengers.

I would definitely use this service again. It was easy and quick with an efficient system for dropping off the keys. It was also very quick when picking the keys up. The only negative was a small one, the lady who served me when dropping my car off was not very friendly.

The staff were really helpful and polite. I had to slightly change my booking due to a flight change but this was done easily. Having never parked at Luton previously and being a lone female traveller I would recommend this carpark. As I had a late flight back I arranged to have my car delivered back to the airport terminal which meant I was not left hanging around on my own late at night.

The service was first class. At the time of leaving the car with yourselves the staff were friendly and helpful even at four in the morning. On picking the car back up it was only a matter of a handing in my receipt and walking the 15 metres to the car. All told a 2 minute job. Thanks again. If flying from Luton again I wll definately being booking with you.

Everything was straightforward. Although, the coach shuttle had just left as we were entering the car park, there was another one waiting and we set off for the airport after about 10 min. My wife had used this car park previously and we can highly recommend this car park. Most of all, the parking charges are reasonable.

The transfer to the airport was fine but on the return the bus driver was very abrupt and grumpy with everyone. Comments like 'you'd better hurry up' don't help when you've just got off a plane and are struggling with trolleys and luggage. A bit of 'Asda' training would really help boost your image!
