We have used Airparks in the past for Luton airport parking and have always had excellent value for our money. The staff are polite and always willing to help you, the buses are quick and efficient, so there's no waiting around!! A+++

We arrived at the Airparks Luton and were processed through the booking in with no problems, the staff were curtious. On our arrival back in to Luton we didn't have to wait for a coach, there was on at the pick up point, however, one small disappointment was the coach driver, he must have had a bad day or something as he wasn't very polite or helpful. But never mind, I would still use Airparks Luton again.

it was raining on our return and we were left stading in the rain at luton for 20 mins, the shelter faces the wrong way! too few buses , cramped conditions , staff unable / willing to lift luggage. Although as travellers we were willing to help those less able than ourselves, notice indicated that staff were not allowed to for health and safety reasons , but travellers health and safety does not seem to matter. Extra ordinary behaviour from a company these days. and when we arrived at car park was still raining , small shelter errected to cover us from rain , but not big enough. Please stop skimping , we are paying customers.

My first time at Luton and I was very impressed with the execution and clarity of the whole process. Very friendly and personable receptionist offering clear extra options (I took up the 'pick up from the airport on return'option for £20 which was bliss after a long journey. This pick up was also carried out very quickly. A very favourable impression and I will certaily be using you again.

Because of construction, the parking lot was not very easy to find. However, once there we were pleasantly surprised we only needed to stop, and drop off the keys. We did not have to find a parking space. Parking staff took care of that. Upon our return the car was easy to find. Service was fast and efficient. The only draw backs were the distance from the airport and the the wait for the bus upon our return at the airport.

The driver taking us to the airport was unbelieveably rude. The bus was filled to capacity and people were struggling to lift cases onto the top storage areas on the bus. I appreciate that the driver was not there to lift them however he just kept shouting at everybody to 'get them out of the gangway' and 'move right to the back of the bus'. It was a totally unpleasant experience for the start of a holiday. My faith was slightly restored in the company on the return journey. The driver could not have been more pleasant.

Everything was good except for the driver on the return journey. He wasn't interesting in helping anybody, he sat there talking on his mobile phone when people were struggling. When he got off his mobile he complained that peoples cases were not stacked correctly and made them get up off there seats to restack the cases.

On the whole very impressed with the service, but it would have been better if the driver could have tried to help with getting the cases on and off. Apart from that we were impressed and would definitely use your parking services again and would recommend you.

Too much time spent waiting for or in buses, Staff are unfriendly and inpersonal. Found Luton long term car park to be much more convenient with more polite and helful staff plus busses run much more regularly and don't sit around for ages while the driver has a cigarette.

I was a bit concerned about using them as they were the cheapest I found on the web and generally you get what you pay for but my worries were unfounded and I would definitely use them again as the service provided was first-class and my car was in the condition as I had left it - which was a relief as it was brand new with only had 250 miles on the clock. all the people I dealth with were friendly and helpful.

Its away from the busy roads around the airport so it is easy enough to get to. The downside is they will wait for a bus to fill or another one arrives before setting off, it does not feel safe having that many people standing on a bus driving on public roads. That said, we were fortunate to get seats both times and the transfers were about 20 mins from getting there to arriving at the airport and vice versa.

My only complaint is that I was charged an alteration fee, having contacted you immediately after making the booking: before any paperwork could have been created. I did not see any mention of alteration fees in your information. It would be useful to be able to review all details entered to ensure they are correct before submitting them. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the service provided and will certainly use Airparks again when flying from Luton. Best regards John Cummings

we was very pleased with all the parking and the pick up service but when we got back home and checked the bank statements we found that you had taken the money out of our account 3 times which when we tried to do over the internet twice both times it came back as a problem with the card details so we phoned up and booked it but you still managed to take the money out off our account from the web bookings which left us way overdrawn when we got back inncurring bank charges for which we are still awaiting full refund

I have parked here several times and am will continue to use it, my reseravations are that the office is always understaffed and the info as to where the keys & cars should be kept is not sufficient and the info given is in haste. I would be nice to be offered a FREE beverage drink and better protection from the elements.

Quick into compound. Transfer to Departures efficient. Long wait for bus due to traffic at Luton airport, made worse by having to wait in the rain. At compound very quick collection process but again got even wetter walking to where the car was parked. Would I use it again? Absolutely !

The friendliness of the staff along with the efficiency is just the right start ( and end) to your trip. As stated they do not help you with your suitcase which as a lady travelling alone is often very difficult. Surely a little help would put the icing on the cake !!!

Recently used Airparks for the first time and found it to be an efficient and friendly service. The only downside was waiting for the bus to fill before setting off and waiting for it to arrive for the return journey.Having said that if you allow a few minutes it shouldn't be a problem. I must commend the staff who were helpful and friendly. I shall definately use again when flying from Luton. To recap great service, great value!

The drivers who park the cars from lanes into secure area should drive cars with care, like driving their own cars!. I just saw a car being driven with speed like a race car and sudden use of breaks. I hope this is not a reflection of how all cars are driven by your drivers. It was frightening to see and doesnt give a reassuring picture of your services.

There are major roadworks in the area around the M1 junction and roundabout. We returned to the park at 0100 but there were no notices of changes to the diversions from those when we had arrived. We ended up going round the diversion twice (complete circles), and we were not the only ones, before consulting our map and exiting the area via Markyate and Dunstable and did not arrive home until 0300 (normally a 45-60 min journey). It would have been helpful for Airparks to have had a board showing the current diversion status and routes.

I have come into Luton landing at 23.45 from Malta twice in the last six months and had to wait a long time - approx half an hour - each time for the transfer bus back to the car park. This time it took an hour from retrieving my luggage to getting back to the car and there was a long queue. I think they should run more. Otherwise it is very good value for money and the staff are courteous.
