i found everything great, the transfer bus was only a few minute wait it was waiting at the airport on our return, if anything was to be improved i think the car could have been brought to the waiting area on our return instead of us walking the other side of the car park with cases.

I was very disappointed with the service. The buses went too infrequently and the drivers, particularly, were surly. I didn't think that it was good value for money and it took a long time for the buses to come (both ways) and a long time to get to the terminal

The staff were very helpful. This was greatly appreciated as i was travelling alone and had not used airport parking before. Directions to the car park were very clear and in under 30 minutes had parked, gone through details thoroughly and been bussed to the airport. Would reccommend.

To be left in the car park under a flimsy canvas awning in the driving rain with 3" deep puddles to walk through to the car was not a good end to our holiday. This is not any way to treat your customers - the weather was so bad all your staff were hiding in a portakabin.

Airparks have a well-organised system where you leave your car keys with them and they park your car while you're away and bring it back to the drop-off point on your return. So no trudging long distances with suitcases, or driving round looking for a space. I thought this would mean queues to pick up keys on our return, but it was all very efficiently done. And no queues to get out of the car park either. On the negative side the coaches to and from Luton airport are rather old, and the car park is in a village off the A5 west of Luton, so I felt bad that the local residents had to put up with us intruding on their lives, and it's also rather a long way from the airport itself. It wasn't cheap either, but we booked last minute so couldn't expect anything else. They offer a car valet service while you're away and can also bring your car to the airport on your return, but these(convenient) services come with a big price-tag.

was offered meet and greet when we checked in as we had a very late night return, thought £20.00 a high charge on top of the parking fee but was a welcome idea.There was a charge to use my debit card which was annoying,so had to pay by cash-not budgeted for.

Felt that the whole service was highly 'personalised' - however, the 'icing on the cake' was the meet and greet service'. This was definitely worth the extra £20 and very welcome at the end of a long journey home. We will definitely use your service again should we be travelling through Luton Airport. Thank you.

No problem reaching the parking (despite the roadworks), well sign posted. From drop off we were in the airport within 15 minutes - exactly the same on our return. Immediate bus service, even in the early hours of the morning. Drivers all very professional and helpful to all passengers. Would use again definately. Thanks you very much.

The location was easy to find, but when we arrived we were'nt entirely clear what to do. I did find the instructions on the confirmation sheet but perhaps a sign at entry to tell people what to do. Bus going to the airport was jam packed which made one or two people a bit ratty when trying to get on and off. Other than that experience was positive. Many thanks will use you again.

First time I have used this service at Luton but will definately use again. Transfers to and from Airport were trouble-free and price was very competitive. If I had a minor criticism it would be the way that cases are loaded at the entrance of the coach - it does mean a bit of a blockage with people trying to get their cases on and off with a queue of people waiting behind but this does not detract from the overall service.

Service was ok, transfer bus arrived quickly, I thought the car park was a bit too far from the airport and was difficult to find as you have to go down lots of country lanes. They park your car for you, i prefer car parks which allow you do do this yourself personally but apart from that ok

We found the whole process good value for money and a very easy process to book on line. Arrival at the car park was very easy and simple. As was coming back from the airport on our return. We did travel peak season but felt that there should have been more transfer coaches as this is the first time that we have had to wait for a second coach as we couldnt get on the first one which arrived.

The main advantage of Airparks is that you do not have to drive around to find a space - you park outside reception and leave your keys with them and they park it for you. The car is parked near to reception ready for your return as well. You just need to be careful you leave enough time for the transfer to the airport.

The service was excellent. We had no trouble at all following your instructions on how to get to Airparks, Luton. We felt totally relaxed on our trip knowing that our car was being taken good care of while we were away.

Glad I made the decision to use Airparks. The directions were good, the compound was secure, and the service was straightforward. Buses were waiting to take us to the airport...and back again upon our return. Will definitely use again.

The buses did not run every 10-15mins more like 25 -30 mins. We had to wait for approx 30 mins for a bus both ends of our holiday. This is not acceptable as 10-15 was advertised. We will not be using this company again.

On return to UK, some of the passengers had to wait for a second bus as the queue was too long to fit everyone on. Not much fun when you've been travelling for hours. Also, bus very crowded, with many people having to stand (including our children), and not much to hold on to.

We all had to stand on the bus during tranfers to the airport and from the airport, which included my children and mother aged 72, very unsatisfactory,

All went very smoothly, from good directions to arriving at the airport. On return, found bus waiting at put down point back to car park and swift exit to home. Thank-you Airparks Luton.

The bus was packed, so the children had to stand, our youngest felt safer sitting in the baggage hold, but the journey wasn't that far. We did take advantage of the valeting service, so had a nice clean car to come home to.
