I found the service easy to book online, very reasonably priced, with swift confirmation of booking. The car park was easy to find. The staff were cheerful, helpful and efficient. All in all an excellent service.

Quite an efficient operation, shame the cost is so high as all airport parking. A better explanation for exiting the car park as a number of drivers unsure resulting in impatience and a lot of honking-although once known couldn't be easier - just wave baccode on key fob at exit scanner and that's it!

Good secure parking, friendly crowd behind the counter, a bit further than others from the airport, but not a problem since buses run frequently. Excellent value for money, I fly from Luton 4/5 times a year and I will use Airparks again.

Ignore the moaners - Dropped the car off at 4.30 am...was at the airport and checked in by 5... Return journey just as simple...they are very well organised and it all runs like clockwork- USE your common sense though i.e. PUT a coat on while you wait for the return transfer as 5 mins in the freezing cold can feel like an hour!

The outbound coach wait was too long, we had to wait until all seats were full before the coach left the parking station. The return journey was great though, coach was waiting at stop, we boarded and were away within 5 mins. The return coach was not full.

If the transfer coach was involved in an accident or there was a fire, The majority of the passingers would have got injured or worse. Having babies in prams in the aisle made matters worse. If only someone could hear the comments by the customers in the coach you would certainly review the situation. You need to have a risk assesment of the situation as there are serious Health and Safety implications which in worst case scenario could cost your company lots of money.

I found it easily and was served promptly. On my return from abroad the coach was there within minutes - so that was pretty good. The only thing I would commetn on is that it would be nice to know how frequently the shuttles from the airport to the carpark run - especially throughout the night - it wasn't clear on my booking receipt. Otherwise I thought it was a good service and I'd use it again. Thanks

we left and car and booked it in. on our return the car was in the specified space and we could not have asked for more. The only problem was the television on the the reception area when we were booking in, with my husband being partially deaf, he has problems differentiating between one sound and another and he could not hear at all what your receptionist was saying.

My cars had obviously been washed and polished while i was gone - but the polish wasn't all cleaned off properly and I don't see the point in washing the car then parking it in a field and under a tree!! It was filthy and had excess bits of polish on!

Air Parks at Slip end was easy to find. Directions very good. Booking in was easy. Toilets leave a lot to be desired. Coach journey to airport was very good. On return the coach was late. (30 minutes wait) Driver was surly and my car was not where it was supposed to be. Toilets still not clean.

We parked at slip end car park, which is a bit of a distance if you have a baby. but they offered an excellent service for only £20 extra where a member of staff drives your to the airport and waits to collect you practical outside the door. Which was great as our flight arrived at 03:20hrs in the rain!!!

Everything was excellant from dropping the car off and trasferring to the airport until picking the car back up on the return. Then right at the end as i was about to leave the car park i parked for my friend to put in the luggage by the reception for appoxiamtely 1 minute at which time one of your car park attendants became quite abusive cos my car was parked in his way. I realise i was in the wrong stopping where i did but i had pulled off the road to where all the cars where parked and did not see him needing to move the car. I had no problem to move asap and thought his attitude and manner was very offensive unnecessary. But other than this one rude employee i must say every other person from the bus driver to the people on reception where pleasant and well mannered doing an excellant job. I won't let this one employee cloud my judgement and will most definitely use this service again after all there's always one bad apple......

Hi our main issue with this car park: There is an elderly lady serving on counter to book cars in and out. She is rude, has poor customer service. Aggressive to customers, does not explain properly. Will not use this car park again because of her attitude.

The car parks a re near the airport and the transfer time is very quick, however this was probably helped by the fact the driver thought he was Nigel Mansell so the ride was not all that comfortable. When we returned from holiday it was cold and raining there was no bus waiting and when it did arrive it was then crammed so full that nobody could move. Fortunately the driver this time did not have aspirations of being the next F1 champion. However, I dread to think what would have happened if there had been an accident. Also we were lucky in getting on the bus but there were families there in the early hours of the morning with small children standing out in the cold and the rain. All in all the service was good but they need to look at the actual transport issues.

We have used a number of carparking services around the country and we all agreed that this was the best by far. Easy to use website Good directions Great staff witha sense of humour Fast and efficient - we usually seem to hang around for ages, especially at the end of a trip - just when you are dying to get home. Couldn't fault the speed of the turn around. Will definately use it again Thanks

Not one of the best transfers I've had. Staff seemed to expect you to know what to do with the keys when they passed over elastic bands to put through the key loop? Only told where to put the key when I asked rather a lot of boxes with numbers on outside was unsure which box to put my keys. Some explanation needed here as a bit confusing.

We arrived at 4am but the staff were cheery and efficient and the driver of the bus helped with the luggage and we were on our way to the airport with 10minutes. Same coming back stepped out of the airport, bus there to meet us, back to the park and on our way home, thanks very much will certainly use your service again.

I'm sure I could complain that it was raining and the shelter was too exposed and the bus too small but I wouldn't hesistate to use these people again. A better bus shelter would be nice but that's probably down to the airport and you can't really ask the company to lay on more buses when it's chilly - the airport don't provide enough parking to have one on standby! Parking company great; Luton airport could do with expanding a bit!

I found luton parking a fantastic service from dropping off my car to picking it up. Easy to find and on entry easy to park with staff that delivered great customer service, on picking up my car, it was parked in a easy exit for me, the transfer bus also delivered top fast quality service and i will most certinally used these again, with the above I thank all involved.

This was our first experience of using this particular carpark - it suited our needs very well, but we thought the staff were very unfriendly and not very forthcoming with information - how do we know what to do when we have never been there before - we had had a long journey from Scotland and were very tired - a little courtesy, a friendly demeneour and a smile would have gone a long way to making a good impression - this costs nothing but gives a lasting good impression to the customer.
