Very easy to find, good directions on the email. Bus took us straight to the terminal - just make sure you put your ticket in a safe place before you get on the bus! Picked up from the terminal within 10 minutes of arriving at the bus stop, quick transfer back to the car park - you miss all the horrible driving bits and the bus does it for you. Only 2 minutes to the M1 from the car park. Very impressed with the service and will most definately use again when I travel from Luton Airport.

This was a very efficient operation, coaches ready and waiting and my car was easy to find on return - hardly no waiting at all and felt totally safe as was travelling by myself early morning and late at night - good value for money.

Though 4 00 am transfer staff were ready and helpful but as with all otheres you generally have to wait until the bus is full before leaving. Drivers and parkers friendly though lady who took my car tried twice unsuccessfully to start my Saab in gear right in front of us which didn't initially bode too well!

The member of staff who responded to my telephone call adopted an unnecessarily patronising attitude to my question about the effect of the Motorway widening. I wanted to know if it would affect the access to Airparks or the transfer time. The other issue is that on return to Luton, when phoning Airparks to enquire when the next bus would arrive at the terminal, the staff are reluctant to give the real waiting time, preferring always to say 5 mins, which sounds better even if it is inaccurate.

buses used for transporting customers have insufficient number of seats meaning many customers had to stand. For the elderly and in my case, a partner with two artificial hips, caused a lot of dicomfort

I have used this parking service in the past unforgenately last time it was still dark when I left the M1 and due to road works and no clear signs we could not find Airparks so we parked in the NCP which cost an extra £90..

Personally, for the first time I used your escort service the £20.00 was well spent! I will obviously use again. Shame you do not collect from terminals as well...!

Very convenient and easy to find, even for me with no sense of direction. Quick and easy check in and collection of car on return - didn't have to wait around long for the transfers to and from the airport. Would definitely use again.

Was offered 'meet and greet' for my return when I arrived, which I accepted and was very pleased with the service as my car arrived at the airport as I arrived at the pick up point.

Coming back on 29 Dec late evening there was a huge crowd waiting for the transfer bus, the driver was watching passengers struggling with luggage for a long time until he assisted with loading and stacking, borading the transfer bus took about 15 min until it was totally overcrowded.

Arriving back to UK late evening on Boxing Day not knowing if there was an effective public transport system available, with planned strikes it was useful to have the convenience of the car. A few minutes wait at Airport, hop on a coach, collect key from reception and away. Uh huh! No, a dead battery (flat). Back to reception, go to car, open bonnet, man arrives with battery pack, 2 minutes and away. Thank you.

Upon entering the facility you park in a line, quickly drop your keys off and walk the 25-100 yards to the bus. It was great being able to walk such a short distance and get on the bus (even if it didn't go straight away) because it was very cold. The driver was very helpful/friendly - we had 3 heavy suitcases and a buggy with 2 kids. On the return, 10-15 minutes wait and then back. Picked up the keys within 30 seconds of going into the office and then walked the 50 yards to the car. Again the driver (same one, I think) was very helpful and helped us on and off the bus. We will be using Airparks again.

I was booking my parking and entered mistaken a wrong data. But durung I was checking all my datails and found a mistace system has automaticly agreed my booking (without my confirmation)! And it costs me 9 Pounds to cancel it in just 3 minutes! Can you refound it?

we arrived at the carpark and everything went well the bus took us to the airport and we had our holiday and picked us up from the terrminal everything went well!!!!!! i think the driver could have offered help to the people who were struggling with luggage!!!! thank you!

Well worth the money, only on returning our car was not in the allocated place (as we had a long journey to N.Wales we were not amused) the car attendant was good but we found the reception staff not that friendly but alright we had an apology from the attendant but not reception staff but would certainly use the car park again.

Our experience with this lot was both painless and effortless. There seems to be a healthy amount of transfer coaches, meaning we didn't have to wait at all going to or from the airport. They park your car for you and have it waiting for you when you arrive - checking in and out of the parking took about 5 seconds. Overall they do exactly what they say on the tin, you can park your car for cheap and they'll take you to and from the airport - I'm not sure why other reviews moaned so much!!

When we returned it was raining and our car had been parked right at the bottom of a field in about 6 inches of water! My daughter's shoes were ruined as she has to wade through this to get to the car. We then had a four hour trip to the North of England during which we had to try and dry her shoes and socks and her jeans were soaked almost up to her knees, therefore she was extremely uncomfortable. Wouldn't it be a better idea if they know a flight is due in if the cars for that flight are brought closer to their offices. Unfortunately we will not be using their services again because of this problem.

It was break of day, the staff were cheerful and helpful in the office and on the bus. Made a note of where we were dropped off and within 10 mins of exiting the arrivals lounge were on the bus back to car park. Thanks so much for making this a hassle free experience - will definitely use again and recommend to friends etc.

I found the check in very easy, the staff were very friendly and informative. The transfers to/from Luton Airport were very straightforward and easy. I would recommend the use of this facility to anyone, and I will use again when flying from Luton.
