Very easy to find, very easy to use. No problems with staff. The price you pay is what you get, and thats all you need when parking your car. Would def recommend and use again

I am very pleased with the service I get from Airparks. Everything is very organised and service to airport is wonderful. I will always use Airparks when using Luton Airport.

Leaving your car for staff to park speeds things up though there can be a bit of a queue just to deal with the paper-work. If you time it just right for a coach the transfer can be very quick. If not, then you need to ensure you've left enough time for checking in. Security seems good and staff on the whole are efficient. There was a quick turn-around on return.

When we got back, 1pm on a Saturday, the transfer bus was full and there was more than a bus full of people waiting meaning we would have to wait for a 3rd bus. We ended up getting a taxi to the car park costing £10 At reception I was told that the bus was only a courtesy service with the implication that they didn't have to provide transfers Never again & I warn people not to be fooled by the cheap price!

The system whereby you have to drive out past the people getting on the transfer bus needs sorting. Half of them nearly got run over! All in all good.

driver on way back to parking did not bother to secure luggage in bus which put passengers at risk. on the way out the driver was abusive towards passengers and we were kept waiting well over the allotted time, nearly resulting in me missing my plane check in desk. It was very cheap but I am not sure the saving is worth the horrible experience. Also the roads on the way to the parking are badly lit and i was very nervous driving there.

I know you guys are busy but I found that everone seemed harrassed and customers were somewhat 'In the way'. A little more courtesey would go a long way. When you pull up, its not clear that you have to put your key in the box numbered the same as the row you have parked in - Might help you if you did. On the return journey, the coach driver did not pull the curtains across and secure them to stop the cases falling off. I had 3 heavy cases on the top row with an old lady stood below them - I had to get up and sort the curtains myself after setting off as it was an accident waiting to happen - and would have been an expensive one for you if it had!

my sat nav directed me to a field but if you check on AA map first it is easy to find, put in Grove Rd,Slip End not Luton. very quick drop off, you park at reception and then they park car. Quick transfer to airport. Friendly staff. good price.

Easy access from M1 clear signs to Car Park. Quick booking in and speedy transfer to Airport in a nice bus. Droping point close to departures and arrivals. Only waited 10 mins for bus to take us safely back to Car Park on our return. Would definitely use again if travelling from Luton Airport. Recommend to other travellers.

Easy to find, easy check in, good transfers, easy collection and exit. Searching for something negative, the lighting could have been better, but the place is secure so that's not a real worry anyway. Hassle free and good value, just like you need it to be.

Quite far away from airport in comparison to similar priced facilities. We were not made aware how often the buses ran, and thus consequently missed our flight (not entirely down to this- we were made late by roadworks)

Good directions, speedy service, parking area seemed secure, good fencing and saw some security cameras. Wasn't expensive when booked well in advance - not sure how last minute prices compare. Can't fault it really. Except my car was really dirty when I got back, could be to do with the storms that raged in the UK while I was away though.

From booking online to arriving with the car everything was made easy. At airparks the staff were helpful even thought it was 3am. The coaches were clean and easy to spot at Luton airport.

Arriving at 0130 on a cold and frosty morning was bad enough but to be made to wait nearly 40 minutes for a coach was appalling customer care. The journey took 10 minutes!

well sign posted to get to parking lot and great inital customer service. however on return the receptionist was rude and truculent. thanks to the majority of her team we recommend this service

It was difficult to find the car park, even on finding the slip road, directions to actually get into the car park and what to do when there were unclear. On booking in, drivers and car moving staff were discussing who was having affairs with whom with one of the bookings staff - I could not hear the instructions given to me by the other bookings person, I wasn't given her full attention - she was either trying to listen in to the gossip, or was like me, struggling to concentrate. I made the mistake of not putting my key in the box in the bookings office, and just left it in the ignition - this was because staff were too busy gossiping to be of any help. The result was the bus driver shouted down the bus that I'd done things wrong. He was extremely rude - I remained calm and didn't reply that perhaps if he and other members of staff hadn't discussed people's sex lives, but had offered good customer service it wouldn't have happened. His manner was extremely abrupt - he was also our bus driver for the return trip a week later, and he was still grumpy.

The service is ideal, but on every occasion we have used it the return coach from the airport has always been crowded making the journey back extremely uncomfortable especially after a plane journey. This time we let a coach go because it was so full and waited for the next one which was exactly the same.

The bus which transferred us to and from the airport was not allowed to leave until it was jam packed with passengers and luggage, standing room only right up to the front of the bus with no room to hold on so when cornering etc we were thrown around somewhat. The customer service was not as good as other companies we have used. Very curt reception from both reception staff and bus drivers. Will not use this company again I'm afraid...

My experience with airparks was fine and has been on the many occasions I have used them. I am surprised by the increase in the cost of parking this year compared to past years. I usually leave my car at Airparks at EMA for my main holidays, this year the price has more than doubled to an extent that it is cheaper to use a taxi
