Airparks are well signed from the M1 (J10a)but it's harder to find the M1 again after leaving the carpark. Staff were helpful but not overly cheerful. Aside from that everything was perfect!

I used this car park when travelling alone with my 2-year old. If you are in similar circumstances, or are somehow disabled, think twice! There are no trolleys of any type available, a big problem if you are travelling with two pieces of luggage, plus push-chair with todler. I only managed to get from the drop off point for the car to the offices through the help of one of their staff, who very evidently made an effort to help. The offices are reached through narrow, steep steps - again, had to abandon luggage and seek help in order not to abandon toddler too! On return, coach was full, no standing room for push-chair, a gentleman had to cede his seat as unsafe for toddler to travel standing up as a sardine. Driver utterly uninterested. Similar problems with luggage and access on arrival to collect car. Had been raining and car had been left on massive pool of water in unpaved area - soaked to my ankles, nearly brained myself with toddler in my arms. Thankfully, coach driver had agreed to wait with my luggage, at it was impossible to transport it to car by hand.

Service was easy to use, and very much as I had been led to believe from the advertised details. It seemed a bit pricey - but they all are! I would certainly use theservice again.

No problems on drop off,a wet return showed off a lack of dry facilities for a coach load of returning customers all picking up keys etc,but overall no complaints and will use again.

Really good overall value for money. Is a bit of a trek to the airport by coach, but the coaches are regular and there is plenty of room for luggage. Would use again.

Cheapest by far and provided an excellent service. Have used the long stay and it took longer to transfer than this site and they even parked my car for me. I was amazed.

We had to wait 45 minutes to get our car back. The excuse given was that 4 cars were parked in front of it and the fact that it had been snowing! Absolutely no customer service skills. There were other customers there experiencing the same problem, one couple had been waiting for over an hour. Not what you need when all you want is to get home. when we finally got our car back, they hadn't validated the ticket allowing us through the security barrier, so then wasted more time just trying to get out of the place. Would not use again, as i'd prefer to pay more for a service that actually offers what it promises.

I've used the Luton Airparks a number of times now, and it's the best value for money, but it would be nice to see the staff smiling for a change...also i am sure the bus drivers take great pleasure in seeing customers struggling on and off the buses with heavy luggage...an offer of assistance would be nice, for a change...even so, i will still use it again!

The drop off facility is where the real value is. Simply park your car in a lane, walk a few steps to the office, drop off your keys and climb on the bus - easy! And great value!

We have used this car park before and the service we got is the reason we used it again, plus of course the price was pretty good too!! Will be booking again the next time we fly from Luton.

Not impressed - hard to get to - valet parking only - required to leave keys - transfer time over an hour once bus turns up. Staff overall were very rude - in the end I used the NCP mid term carpark otherwise I might have missed my flight.

It was raining very heavily when I landed at 10.30pm. There was litle shelter when waiting for the bus which took 15 mins to arrive and the felony was compounded at the car park when my keys were thrown at me and I was given perfunctory instructions where my car was parked. It was pitch dark and very, very wet and by the time found my car I was very, very wet. I accept that the company cannot be reponsible for the weather, but a little more service and human understanding would have been appreciated

Originally worried by some of the reviews but soon realised that they were from people with nothing better to do than moan and whinge about anything and everything. if i fly from luton in the future i would have no hesitation in leaving my car at airparks in Slip End.

I wouldn't expect the coach driver to lift heavy suitcases, but it would be useful that he/she monitors to ensure small suitcases put on the higher shelves and he/she points people to empty slots to put their suitcases in, otherwise people get on and shove suitcase in the first available slot meaning you have to drag your suitcase past all the other suitcases to find an available hole!! Not a huge problem, but just an idea for feedback.

Everything was great untill our return. We were told when we picked the keys up from reception where the car was however after walking up and down and NOT finding the car we approach two attendants who were walking around the car park. They checked the label on the key and confirmed we were looking in the correct place however they couldn't find it either. They then told us to wait near reception and they would look round the car park for us. After they had been back to us a couple of times still saying they could not fine it they radio to others and more people started looking. After a while another attendant said it was up in the top car park because it had a flat battery! however when the original attendant went to look he drove it to us. Even if it couldn't get started when someone had gone to fetch it around the communication was not very good because NO one seemed to know were it was? and if it had a flat battery I don't understand how he could drive it round to us straight away when it had been located? So we were very pleased with the service up untill then and this put a damper on the experience!

Not having drive around looking for a parking area or having to walk and wait for a transfer to and from the airport, thats all taken care of. The service is excellent and like the name simly parking, the cheapest and the best.

Unfortunetly on my confirmation of payment there was not refence number. It was really stresfull for me. Confirmation should has full information and customer service should not ask customers about any details. People before flight are in hury and usually in a stress. I respect fact I fill my car reg no and return flight no in internet form (company which i paid for airparking before is not used to do it. Just no refernce no on your confirmation. It was a pity couch was full when i came back and it was difficult to stay in it. Your price is good and next time I will reserve parking thrue your company if you will have the same price. Many thanks, Joanna Kiedrowska

The check in/collection facilities are rather basic and there can be chaos if people arrive/depart at the same time. Queues seem to merge and there is not enough space, especially if you are on your own and need to bring your luaggage into the office. I also found it took quite a while for the bus to leave the parking area, probably waiting to get a full load of passengers. The collection time at the airport was even longer (abt 30 minutes) and when the bus finally turned up, there was not sufficient space for everyone to get on. I believe other buses were sent quickly after though. Generally, make sure you have enough time and don't leave check in to the last minute. Having said all this, I certainly would use Airparks Luton again as they were the most competitively priced company.

Fantastic bus driver - he actually helped load and unload luggage which meant the best use of space and all people getting on - with ski stuff and lots of bags. well done that driver. Entrance exit to carpark gets crowded - not ideal, just need a bit of patience

I will use this service again, had more coaches or a shorter wait for transportation been available I would be able to highly recommend your service.
