There was quite a crowd waiting for the next bus to leave for the airport. I was the first customer waiting for the bus having just missed one. The bus crew were standing outside the office having a break - messing around playing chase, eating lunch and being very vocal. There was a white bus with no logo that pulled round in front of us all and a driver got in and drove off. Behind the building was another bus with the logo on being prepared by the bus crew. That bus then pulled in front of us, and we all got on, but the bus did not leave. One of the customers got off the bus and walked over to 2 of the bus crew standing outside. She was gestulating and looked very annoyed. Finally, she walked back and got on and 1 of the bus crew followed her. The bus started on its way to the airport. The lady customer then explained to us fellow passengers that the white bus that left with no logo was the scheduled bus that went off and left all the customers standing. It went at the scheduled time - on time. The bus that we were all on was now leaving 10 minutes early because she had managed to persuade the bus crew that it was their fault for not asking the customers to get on on the scheduled bus. All the bus crew were out there watching and none of them warned us or stopped their fellow driver from leaving. The lady customer was so upset as she now believed that she wuld miss her flight and she just had a 2 hour drive getting to the Airport carpark. The rest of customers including me just could not believe it. No apology was made. If it wasn't for that lady customer we wouldn't have even been aware that this had happened. I knew that the Airparks was taking long, but I just thought it was the usual holdups with buses on route to and fro from airports not the bus crew stupidity, carlessness and unthoughtfulness. If the bus crew spend a little of their time on customer care then this would not have happened. Why should it be expected that the customer should know that the white bus was for them. easy to get to, no problem with the transfers. I messed up the time i arrive back by 12 hours and it was not a problem, even at 1.30am! Will defo use again

No need to worry about taxis and public transport. My family and I always use the service. Shall be travelling again in August and we shall be booking. Satisfied customers.

At 4.00 am the transfer time to the airport was very quick. At 19.00 return it was not quite so quick. This will improve though when the road woorks are complete.

pulled straight in to the parking bays, schedule was tight but didnt have to wait in reception, car was in a clean condition when i arrived back very different to the company i used last year where it looked as though the car had been rallying! very good service would definitly use the company again - value for money also

Allow around a 45 Minute window to allow for dropping car/keys off collecting receipt boarding bus and transfer. I did not receive car park directions via email. Although once in the area Car park directions were clearly labled.

very good service nice to no your car is safe one less worry. the bus service is great not long waiting around like normal bus service.Would use this service at luton again.

nothing further to add save that the very swift turnround oin return, when evryone is tired and anxious to ghet home, stood in most welcome contrast to the thirty minutes it had taken to get through immigration control

Very efficient operation, have used this parking area before. However, too many passengers squashed onto bus by driver, not a very comfortable transfer this time.

I though everything had gone wonderfully, until I took the keys from the very young lad who delivered the car to me at the airport. I drove it away to find it was making this very high pitched whining noise. I would have driven back to the car park but was running late for an important business meeting. I got home and started the car the next day to take it round to my mechanic to find out what was wrong when there was a dreadful clunking sound. When I lifted the bonnet, the whole engine had tilted and slipped downwards. Both the AA man and my mechanic confirmed that the bolts that hold the engine in place had been severed, something that could only have been caused by suddentrauma, not wear and tear..in other words, someone had been joyriding in it! Several of my friends told me they had seen a WATCHDOG programme featuring just such happenings and saying that one should never leave your car in the kind of park where you leave your keys and someone else parks it for you..bit late for me. I had to get a completely new small engine and the whole thing took 3 months and cost nearly £3,000. Needless to say, I shall not be using your service again and would strongly advise anyone else against doing so.

Lucky on the way back because I just caught the bus before it left but he wouldn't wait for my colleague who was just behind me. Not sure how long I would have had to wait if I had missed it. Process was fairly efficient in the park. I would possibly use it again for longer trips away.

Efficiency of the services was spoilt by the transfer to the airport terminal. Both ways it took a really long time. Going out I dropped the family and cases at the terminal and then went to park but the transfer back took considerably longer than other airports parking. On arrival with cases and children in tow it took over an hour to get to the car. Airparks bus stop not clearly marked on exit from the terminal. Quite a few people complained about this. Waiting for the bus being the greater part of the wait.

Pity about the roadworks on the route between airport and patking area at Slip End; otherwise it all worked pretty well. No doubt that journey will improve markedly when the new road is completed. But when will that be?

Generally fine. The office is a little tatty, as was one of the buses that we used compared to the last time I used an airport car park (Gatwick 2006). The bus was very crowded on the return journey which made it a little uncomfortable but there is no real complaint - I parked my car when I left the UK and it was waiting for me upon my return.

The process was simple and well explained. The coach arrived within 5 minutes of arriving to take us to the airport. We only had a short wait on the return journey too. Would recommend

The only thing I would suggest, is that on arriving at the airport from the car park, it was not made 100% clear that where we were dropped off was where we would pick up the bus to go back. We are infrequent users of bus services, so this could have made the return slightly easier. having said that, the staff were very polite and helpfull throughout, and my car was waiting for me upon my arrival back at the car park. Very good service overall.

just a minor point, but sometimes there is a longish wait at the airport for the bus back. also I now know which bay to use for the return transfer, but this was not immeidately obvious the first time.

Transfer bus was too full.Families with young children can not be expected to stand up at 3am in the morning. Appriciated the driver should not be handling cases etc, but some passengers are too frail to lift laguage up the coach steps and into higher storage areas( Above waist line as I had to do with a young child)

Lowest price I could find in an 'airport' car park, so can't complain too much. It was very tight for space on the airport return trip, and as typical for a bus, there's hardly any legroom on the bus for a man of my stature (6'4" with long upper legs). Overall the park has a budget feel to it - small office that's little more than a portacabin, and the busses could be more frequent in both directions (poor compared to my experience of other airports and off-airport parking, but this is presumably where money is saved. The car was where they said it was, and looks to have been safely stored, so in general, yes, I would use again if they're still the cheapest.

O.K. I suppose. It's hard to get excited by paying a lot of money to park your car. Woman on arrival acted as though she wished she was elsewhere and on return at Luton the bus was at the stop but it was around twenty to twentyfive minutes after the driver had finished his mobile phone calls we eventualy set off.
