Getting back during the early hours caused us a little confusion, you hand a bar coded card in to collect your car keys. No one mentioned that there was another bar code on the key tag, in fact I didn't even look at the tag as I took my keys and put them almost straight into my steering column. When you get to the exit barrier it does not raise automatically you have to scan a bar code, I thought I had handed mine in and was not aware there was another bar code on the key tag! It took them a couple of minutes to answer on the intercom while a queue built up (the staff were busy slagging off their managers when I collected my keys) it would have been nice had they spent a couple of seconds to point out that I need the tag to get out as there is nothing to indicate this at the barrier and when the keys are in the steering column in the dark it is not immedietly obvious. Buses leave every 20 mins and took 15 mins to the airport so no issue there.

Quick & easy to find even with diversion for road works.This is the 4th time we have used this service & cannot fault it

Finding the site was slightly difficult probably because the roads system had changed recently. We have used them before and will probably use them again although we understand that it is possible to park at Parkway railway station and if that is cheaper we may use them!

Everything was more than satisfactory,it's a shame the coach drop off point has now been relocated further from the departure/arrival entrances.

Having got back to the carpark at approx 15 mins past midnight I was charged £10 for this 15 mins over, which is about double the daily rate I paid for the fortnight. The time was that car parks allowed for this sort of arrival in their prices and not charged extra at all never mind double the rate. Another example of ripoff Britain. No wonder people are taking less holidays abroad, this is yet another example of why. The travel industry as a whole are only shooting itself in the foot with daylight robbery like this!

Good directions to car park. No holdups with the transfers. Helpful staff.

We have been using Airparks for some years and have been pleased to see facilities improved over the years. Booking, checkin & checkout, and transfers are now speedy and smooth. Would recommend to others.

Appreciate I booked one day longer than needed but reply from employee wasn't exactly helpful or interested when I tried to see if booking could be amended! Despite that good service otherwise.

From the time of booking till we arrived back, all aspects of parking at the airport is so easy. We had to change details of the car , not a problem Emailed back with new confirmation. All connections for the shuttle bus quick and easy to use.

I was really nervous about finding the carpark after reading mixed reviews as I am the worst driver ever finding places, was dead easy, everyone really friendly, would use again

the instructions given made it easy to find, transfers were efficient and very good value in a secure environment with friendly helpful staff. very close to M1.

Staff very helpful, don't have to wait too long for the coach, and we can get going within 5 minutes of arriving back to airparks.

Simple, easy-to-follow directions from the M1. Friendly service on arrival, (despite the unfriendly hour!) and hassle-free transfers to and from the airport. We have used Airparks Parking before, and will certainly have no hesitation in using them again.

We were transferred promptly to the airport, and on our return the coach was waiting at the designated pick up point even though it was 1.30 am. Have used you before and will use you again.

Easy to find from the M1, a short transfer to Luton Airport, with frequent free buses available, no delays upon arrival or departure from the site. It all runs very smoothly, no complaints about the service at all. Thanks very much - will use again (providing the cost remains reasonable!)

I always think airport parking is pricey, but this was at least the cheapest of the bunch. And thankfully that didn't mean compromising on quality of service. I was very impressed with the system of dropping off your car and the speed at which I could drive away again on my return. The transfers were swift and timely and the staff were friendly and accomodating. In fact, I couldn't believe this was just for car parking! No sullen faces around and I was very confident that my car would be safe. I would definitely use airparks again. Even their telephone number is memorable with the 747! The service was better than you get in more expensive car parks. Thanks very much.

Transfer buses were on time, staff friendly, parking facilities good. All in all very good service, and well worth the money.

Have used before.The only gripe - drivers are sometimes sullen. Also dont help with luggage which can be awkward for elderly people ans mothers with younge children and pushchairs.

Arrived early and allowed approx 1 hour for travel to airport,, transfer took 35min all Would recomend this company
