The only slight issue would be for older/less able passengers, the bus stop Airparks uses at Luton is no longer directly outside the terminal and involves a few mins draging the suitcases up to the terminal. Also the stop isn't signposted so relies on a good memory to find the same stop after 2 weeks away.Other than this excellent

When we arrived we were shown where to park promptly and a bus was waiting to take us to the airport. We paid an extra £20 to have our car brought straight to us at the airport on our return and that was very promt too. Very happy with their service will use again.

Overall, a fairly decent service with secure parking facilities and a fairly regular bus service to the terminal. I would use this firm again.

Parking easy, coach to airport basic and crowded. You get what you pay for.

Not on the airport, so have to find first & bus transfer is required. You have to deal with your own luggage at every stage & there's not much room to lift & store if lower levels already taken. Otherwise, service was good & well organised. The staff were courteous & the premises appeared to be secure.

We find the staff are always friendly and helpful. When we arrive we rarely have to wait to be seen or for the bus, and the same on return.

I haven't much more experience about Airparks, but this time I was very satisfied, there are quite close to the airport, and they have accessible priceses, the staff was very friendly and I haven't any problems with my trip.

the parking was a bit far from airport but the coach get you there fast enough. the only problem was when we flew in at 3 in the morning the first coach was full so we had to wait another 2o minutes until another bus came, was a bit tiring but was to be expected

Only one criticism, namely that the return bus transfer to pick up our car was very overcrowded with standing room only in the aisle.

A great start to the holiday. Well signposted so easy to find, left the car in a parking lane, handed in the keys and got on the bus. Simple.

The car park facilities were a little tired, but the service was excellent. The staff were very efficient and helpful. Not cheap, but generally worth the money.

WE parked very close to the office. the system was simple and straight forward. staff were friendly and efficient...even at 5:00am. The park was a reasonable distance from the airport No problems , no hassle...paperwork was dealt with quickly. Good service

on return from holiday the actual pick up point at luton airport was not clearly signed so we spent quite a time asking people where the airpark bus stop was, as it was pouring down of rain it was not the ideal homecoming,otherwise service from the company and staff was very good thankyou. Have used for many years now and see no reason why to change whilst services and charges are good and reasonably inexpensive.

Very easy to find, close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't have to wait long for the transfers. Car drop off and pick up very covenient.

The carpark is close enough to Luton airport, that it doesn't add too much time to your journey. The information provided was clear and included easy to follow directions. The car drop off and collection was quick and well organised and the bus times were clearly signposted at the carpark. Everything was to our satisfaction and we would have no hesitation in using this carpark again.

Location fairly basic and away (otherside of M1) from the airport but is now well sign posted. The car was deposited and we departed on the bus within 15 minutes of arrival. Bus waiting on our return. Overall friendly staff, quick service and very good value for money compared to parking around Luton Airport.

The minus point is lack of clarity as to where the pick up point is outside Luton Airport for flight arrivals. The phone number on ticket to ring in for pick up at odd hours is not going to help me as a deaf person. Any advice for this situation? Would appreciate this.

Staff were not very cheerful, a smile from the drivers in particular would'nt go a miss. Did not like to see drivers stand by and watch the elderley in particular struggle with their luggage. This was apparently because they were not allowed to lift luggage due to health and safety, I have used other services at other car parks and their drivers do not appear to be affected by health and safety rules.
