This was the second time I had used this parking facility. Both times the staff were helpful and friendly, even at 4am! The coaches ran with the frequency advertised and the coach stop is easy to find at the airport.

very good indeed, the staff were polite, efficient and friendly on both the outbound and inbound journey. The bus service on both journeys was very good as well, especially on the return as we were very fortunate that a bus arrived just as we arrived at the 'stop' in the wind and rain! I would certainly use airparks APH again if we fly from Luton in future. We have used other companies at other airports in the past, but will recommend this company to others in future.

Parking area was fairly easy to find but the access road to the parking reception was very poor. Lower end of where cars are parked could do with better lighting especially when weather conditions are poor. The transfer and collection facility is very good and prompt.

Unfortunately when we got to our car the battery was flat. The staff, right from the receptionist to the man who gave us the jump were very helpful and had us on the road in no time. It is when a problem arises you find out how good a service is being provided,it was a very good one. The bus drivers both coming and going were extremely courtious, I will use this service again

We got caught up in the Christmas weather chaos at Luton so it proved incredibly useful to have such friendly helpful staff in the 24/7 on-site office. They let us return to and to move our car as often as we needed to during our near 3 day delay, all without any fuss - in fact they really tried hard to go the extra mile to help us out. I was left with the impression that had we used one of the automated on-airport car parks then we would have been left very much on our own and in the lurch...... So thank god I choose AirParks!

I had to wait for at least an hour to get my car at the reception point. The staff would not dare to give any idea of the waiting time, they would just say "you have to wait, if could be one or two hours, we don't have enough staff to move the cars". The office space was cramped with people, that many had to wait in the cold outside. Really expect a compensation for the terrible service provided.Please display my feedback

When we returned to Airparks at Luton our car had not been brought out of line for us to depart. Told they would get our car staight away. Had to ask the staff what was happening several times. Eventually our car was brought out of line 45 minutes later. Lots of bad language being used between staff particularly the F--- word in front of the clients including lady clients.

I was stand when i found out that i was the only person on board in a bus on the way back from airport . it was like a private taxi .thank you and see you soon .

we arrived at 04.30 tuesday morning tired from our journey of 3hrs30mins followed signs to queue behind other cars and sat there as attendants walked down the queue of cars explaining what they had to do,on reaching the car in front of us was oblivious to us and dismissed us completely and guided cars coming in after us into a seperate queue,so we had to sort what we had to do ourselves.also returning you had to find your car yourself,other parks we have used over the years have had our car ready by there offices. We would not use them again.

Connections to/from LTN airport were regular, and no extensive delays incurred.

This is the next time I've used Airparks, and every times the services has been excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Bus transfer easy. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

The service was good, I booked online but when I came to the office my booking hadn't been processed so had to wait a bit extra whilst I was booked in. Transfer was timely and a good service. Bus was waiting for us on our arrival back, and key hand over was smooth. Car was parked in an area which was muddy so got mud in the car. Apart from that was a good service and would use again.

I had difficulty finding the car park but that was mainly because of my out of date satnav!

First time we have ever used anything like this. Dropping the car off, the transfer to the airport, and picking the car up were faultless. The only thing i could fault was the amount of time we were waiting to get the transfer from the airport to the car park. That said i would use the facilities again. Had a £10 car wash which i was very impressed with.

We have used Airpacks Luton many times and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately our departure was delayed in Cyprus for two days but it was reassuring to know our car was safe and secure.

Once I finally found airparks (better signposting would have made it easier) I was very happy with the service. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Bus transfer easy. A service I would use again. Thank you.

From parking on forecourt to getting on coach took under 10 minutes (with a wheelchair) Very helpful staff and easy parking system ensures you arrive at the airport calm and ready for the rigmerole of airport procedures.

could not fault parking will be recommending to others and using again what else can you say but thanx
