a great service my car was waiting for me as I left the terminal would definately use again great price compared to on site car park. 1 point was had to ring and phne was engaged for a while to let them know we had landed but other than that great!!!!!!!!

No problems at all, apart from the snow and ice on our return caused a few problems on the uneven surface. Would definately use this service again.

The carpark is easy to access from the motorway and only a short bus trip to the airport. Altogether good value.

Bus driver waited a long time rather than departing with a nearly full load. Drop off point was a long and difficult walk (due to development) in the rain.

The car park is well signed from the main road.The check in process was handled swiflty and efficiently. Slightly long wait for the bus to depart to the airport. The bus driver was friendly and helpful. I paid extra to have the car delivered to the airport on our return, which worked very well.Overall, although slightly further away than the alternatives, which is reflected in the price, I would use them again.

Found check in and out very efficient. Hardly had to wait at all. Also had the car valeted whilst away. It was great to come back to a nice clean car !

Used airparks for a number of times over past few years. On this occasion: Good value for money, smooth transfer to terminal on departure, had to wait 20 minutes for a transfer to carpark on arrival ( also pick up point changed from usual spot), car parked close to reception building, but still in the dark and water logged area - flood lights and tarmac in the parking area would be an improvement. Will use again due to low cost.

Initial transfer coach had no heating,this was on a -6C morning, and the transfer departure were incorrect,appeared as only 2 coaches were running at that time,on return, car was parked as far away as possible from coach halt,surrounded by a 3inch moat of water.

Have you used Airparks on a number of times and have never had any problems. Would always recommend them.

Good directions. Simple drop-off. Slightly worrying leaving car keys in a box with no security when dropping off. Punctual tranfers. Friendly staff. Good value. Would use again

not very organised, they need to sort out their staffing no one on duty when coach arrived at car park only 1 lady behind the desk for a coachful of customers

this is about the forth or fifth time that we have used your services. we are very happy and do recommend you to our friends, thank you very much.

The car park is easy to find. There was no fuss and we did not have to wait long for the courtesy bus. It was also helpful to have the return bus stop printed on the reverse of our ticket. We would always use you again when flying from Luton.

The staff all friendly, car park services up to high standard and safe. Highly recommended!! Thank you!

The service should improve once the new road system from airport to the motorway is complete - but haven't expererienced any undo delays - using this service at least three times a year.

I would thoroughly reccomend Airparks Parking. The service was friendly and efficient. The transfer coach was extremely prompt and the location was easy to find.

It would have been helpful if the reception staff enphasised the fact that you had to hold the barcode under a scanner to get out of the car park. All I was told was this is the code to get out which I presumed when I looked at it, it meant keying in a number that was on the tag. I would have taken the tag off before I started the car, instead I had to turn off the car off because there were cars behind me waiting to get out and in the dark it was difficult trying to remove the tag from my key. Also when I started the car, the person who put my car in the car bay had left it in gear which was dangerous, it should have been in neutral they way I had left it.

All went very smoothly. only had to wait 5 mins both going out and returning for transfer bus. I would have found direction signs on the exit roads helpful,but soon picked up signs for the M1.

More signposts on the exit leg would have helped. Did arrange a valet of the car which did not happen. Still waiting for a reply from HQ 5 days on!!!????? Other than that staff in the portacabin were great, bus drivers could have been a little more cheerie.

the facilities at car park and staff were super - unfortunatly the road works held up the bus and we nearly missed our flight, if we had had to book in at the airport we wouldn't have got on the flight, only because we had checked in over the internet we flew that day, having given ourselves the advised transfer time really need to let customers know that at certain times it could take up to 1 hour thanks
