This is the second time this year we have used this service and we were quite happy with how things went. The park is convenient to the M1 motorway, there is a regular shuttle service service to/from the airport and the check in procedure is efficient. Think carefully when the check-in staff ask if you want your car delivered to the airport on your return - we said No (it was lunch time and the sun was shining) but wish we'd said YES as the temperature at 11.30 pm was below freezing and we had just missed a shuttle bus!!!!

Airparks at Gatwick is quite a longish drive to the terminal, despite being at the end of the runway!

No problems at all with the whole process. Simple booking, good value for money, good staff and car ready on arrival.

I have used this car park park on quite a few occasions and have found it a very quick and efficient service with excellent staff service.I would just like to know where the advertised under £3.00 per day parking can be purchased.

We had difficulty with the printed directions to the car park from the M1 (from London). As a result we got lost at 6:00 in the morning, and had to use our SatNav, which got us there perfectly. Leaving the CarPark on our return we followed our noses, and reached the motorway far quicker. Otherwise the service was satisfactory - we had heard stories of long waits for a transfer bus at the airport, but that wasn't our experience. We will use the service again.

I have used them twice now, and will definiteley use them again. The fact that it is off-site parking makes no difference whatsoever - the car park is easy to get to, the service is quick and the parking secure, within 10 minutes you are on a bus bound for the aiport. Would definiteley recommend!

i found the service to be straightforward and simple. we didn't have to wait long for the transfer which doesn't take long and i would definitely use this again.

The reason for a lower than expected,( from our point of view,) rating on the transfers, was due to a rather long wait on a very cold, dark morning for a bus to arrive to take us to the airport. If a bus had even been available for us to at least get on, sit down and wait, especially considering the number of old people and those with young children,this would have been acceptable.As it was it was a rather unpleasant start to our holiday.

We had an early flight so were arriving at the car park at about 4am. Everything was in order and worked like clockwork. Door to door service, so to speak, was really good as was the service provided on our return.

Nothing fancy but it worked. The signposting to free spaces was a bit random. The carpark was easy to find, easy to use. Paying in the terminal was straightforward. We had some hassles due to a flight cancellation but Airparks accommodated our shifted parking days.

The service was first class, could not find fault with anything the booking in was very quick, the transfer bus was waiting outside in no time at all we were at the airport.I will definately use airport parking again

I have used the parking at Slip End many times but must admit on returning from holiday on 10th September we had to wait a long time before the coach came to pick us up. Then because so many people had joined the queue everyone tried to get on which left the bus very over crowded which I did not think was safe, especially for one couple who had to stand in the aisle with a very young baby in their arms. Not a safe option. Had I been nearer to them I would have offered my seat but every spare space was filled with people. They must know how many people they expect back at certain times and I feel this should be taken into account. One slip of an accident and it would have been awful with many people hurt. Anyway, they are always very pleasant in the office and quick to deal with everyone. My car is always ready and waiting and I would not hesitate to use them again.

This was our first time using Airparks, our reason for using them was the cheap price. Our arrival at the site and getting on the transfer bus was quick and efficient. The reception staff were polite and we didn't have to wait long at the desk. Our only downside was there was a little wait on our return at the airport. This wasn't excessively long but there was a lot of people wait for the bus. There was a dispute with some customers about who had been first at the stop but everyone did many to get on.

I have used Airparks now on a number of occasions and have always been satisfied with the service. Waiting times to transfer to and from the airport have been short so I'll not be tempted to pay more for using the on airport parks while this continues to be the case.

The method used to park car on way out was quick and direct. Bus was there waiting to go and had us to the airport in good time. On return in the early hours car was easily located and support was quick to get car started which was a blessing as I had an under two baby to keep warm. Would have liked a coffee / cafe at the car park to boost us before the journey home as it was a long drive.

This was my first time driving this far and travelling by myself. The Sat Nav got me there in one peice and even though it was raining and the middle of the night when I arrived the staff were very friendly and put me at ease - into relaxed Holiday mode.

Did everything you expect from an airport parking service without any hassles. Transfer to/from Luton took about 15 minutes. No problems.
