Easy to access car park from M1. Short transfer time to airport. Very easy to use and economical.

everything went according to plan, staff were friendly and efficient, we got lucky with timing of transfers, overall easy experience and good value for money

Really struggled to find car park at Luton, no signage could be found. Had a phone number but a central one so they then had to give me the actual car park number who then gave me directions. otherwise everything else ok.

The service was fantastic especially the meet and greet, my only grumble is when i dropped the car off i had to wait on a full bus for 20 mins before we set off to the airport.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. The only thing that might be improved is that I would have liked to be better informed of the schedule of the transfers, I wasn't able to find any timetable.

We always use Airparks when we travel from Luton and is good value for money.The only problem is bus transfers. We never know what time they will be which is very frustrating. Need more time tables.

Drop off was painless. Coach was great as had plenty of seats plus v regular. Quick transfer. Pick up was timely - esp as it was late (11.30pm) & cold! Bit of a free for all getting your keys re pick up.....need something bigger than that little portacabin..... Otherwise no complaints. Dead easy to find car. Place was well signposted from motorway.....as bit of a magical mystery tour getting there!

Gives you peace of mind when going away that your car is safe and the transfers are efficient and you are not paying ridiculous charges.

Surly, miserable staff who act as though they are doing you a favour. Customer service attitude is virtually zero. The transfer vehicle is cramped and uncomfortable when full and its a mad rush to get your lugagge on and off in the very tight storage space. Not recommended if you have very young children or babies. Next time I would definately consider paying more for actual on-site airport parking as the staff attitude and whole process is sub-standard.

We were fairly early but traffic was heavy.Thank goodness we were not late because the transfer took twice as long as expected.Our driver did well in the scramble for the airport. I have used this company before and would recommend them but do get their early as you can never foretell the traffic.

My only criticism is that the bus meeting the return flight was seriously overloaded but the driver was exceedingly helpful and everyone waiting was finally taken. It would have been better if two buses had arrived to pick up at that particular time but I realise that it must be difficult to predict how many people are waiting with flight delays, immigration clearances being such variable factors. The gridlock in the pick up area did not help, caused by selfish private individuals who left cars unattended. Can you not press for dedicated facilities for your service in view of the fact that you are contributing to a significant easing of the parking problem? We have used your service in the past and will do so again in the future.

A good deal but it is a bit frustrating if you just miss the shuttle bus and have to wait 30 mins for the next one.

Transfer/pick-up bus stop is a bit further to walk from terminal, but this was the cheapest parking deal by far. Would not recommend the extra car-cleaning service, i think they missed!

I would use again. The instructions given on booking and later, were clear and concise. As good as any of the other airport parking services that I have used, and much better than many.

Used the car park for my recent flight from Luton and was happy with the service. The parking lot is a couple minutes away from the airport, but there are buses to drive you to/from the airport. Everything seems to be handled professionally, though there are some minor points for improvement. First of all, the process of leaving your car keys takes very, very long. I had to wait until someone was available to give me the tags and register me, although I had booked everything online upfront. Second, the buses that are running between the airport and the car park are not frequent enough. Both ways I had to wait around 30 minutes to be on the way, the buses wait in the car park until the passengers resemble a box of sardines and then decide to drive to the airport! All in all, if you are looking for a cheap and secure way to park your car, this is the solution. Calculate an extra 45 minutes for everything and you will have no problems at all.

Slight delay on return pick-up from the airport and bus stop without signage. Otherwise the usual good value airport parking.

I paid an extra £20 to have my car delivered to the airport on my return. This worked out well and got me on my way home promptly.

You park your car hand in your keys get on bus - reverse just as easy. Simple - just the way parking should be. Not too pleased when bad weather meant I wasn't able to travel in Feb this year and felt a little "Tough Luck" attitude.
