Found the offsite parking easy to find, staff friendly, cheaper than being onsite and transfers no more than 10 minutes travel time and no more than waiting 15 minutes for actual transfer.

Our return journey was delayed by the recent volcanic ash fiasco. Airparks Luton made no charge for the extra days the car was parked, yet the service was as good as ever!

Good parking with on time transfers.Only take few minutes to get to terminal-good service.Was overstaying for 4 days,not paid any extra-good service.Will recomend to anyone.Defenetly will use it again.Thanks!

In view of the recent flight problems we were treated very fairly. I also managed to lose my ticket and on proof of booking and identity had no problems retrieving my car

The fact there were no added costs due to the late return resulting fron the hold up of flights due to the icelandic troubles was a welcome bonus and displayed good P.R on behalf of the company. I will certainly use again.

arrived, handed in keys, returned, only had to wait 10mins at the airport before bus came, keys returned and off home, very good service.

The transfer buses were regular. In fact the return bus driver noticed us, some distance away, quicken our step and waited until we were on board. The bus was full.

Very fast turnaround when you arrive either going out or coming back. The 4 mile trip may be a problem to some particularly at night but close proximity to M1 means on the way fast once transferred to Slip End. I've been using Airparks for some years now and some weather conditions have been awful (snow in Feb 2009) but staff and management did their bit and got us all out quickly. I will continue to use them.

transfer coach interval of 20 minutes is not frequent enough at busy times, especially if you cannot get on one coach because it is full, and then have to wait the full 20 minutes for the next, even if it is already waiting in the car park.

Never had any issues with this carpark, always easy to use and buses are regular.

Overall good service and value for money. It was my first time using the service and I did panic a little when I didn't see any signs at the junction 10 turn off. The signs appear on the actual airport approach after the junction turn off. I then followed a series of "Airpark" signs that took me some way away from the airport but got me there in the end. Staff were ready and waiting and the transfer back to the airport was all good and well.

Because of a mistake over dates (I put I was returning on the 12th but in fact this was when i was travelling I actually arrived at 0.15 am on thw 13th and was charged £10.00 more I did not pay £10 a day so was I overcharged. could you please respond. Ron Passingham

Had to wait longer than expected for transfers, and although it did not compromise our flights, if the weather is bad, it can make the wait rather uncomfortable and very cold and wet.

It was a piy we just missed the bus at the carpark, but pleased that we were allowed to wait on the bus as it was very cold. Bus driver used the F word (not agressively)...tut tut. I come from Stevenage, so wasn't offended

Online booking was easy to use. Directions to Airparks Luton were easy to follow, check in proceedure was swift and efficient. The coach transport to and from the airport ran smoothly. The return proceedure for car colllection was just as easy and all reasonably priced.

My flight from France was cancelled due to snow at Luton. I was then charged £20 for being 30 hours delayed. Surely a figure of £10 ie nearer the daily charge I had paid intially would have been fairer? Had I been delayed still further, I could have been charged a very large sum due to no fault of my own I shall think hard before using Airparks again David Parry

When I first arrived and was asked to leave my keys I was a bit wary, but what an excellent service, I will definatley be using this service again, we did not have to wait long for a bus at either end it was great

A good car park. Friendly staff. Not far from the airport. The car was parked in the row that they said it was in. This made a change as some car parks I've used they said the car was in row D (for example) and I've found it two rows away in row C,B,E or F.
