Had to wait a long time for the bus to leave for the airport. It was completely full with as many standing passengers as could be crammed in. Not a comfortable ride. On my return, I didn't have to wait too long for the bus to arrive at the airport. It did not wait more than a couple of minutes and I was the only person on it.

only faults were that i dont like the new non descript drop off point and that the driver did not bother securing the cases at all both going or coming back.

Clear directions, correctly sign posted, calm and curteous staff who run a fast and efficient parking service at a very reasonable cost. I thoroughly recommend Airparks Parking to new customers.

As the price was so much cheaper than elsewhere I was wary at first - I was pleasntly surprised to find little differnence between this and other options. The only thing was that the paperwork said skis would not work on the bus but when we boarded the bus we found this was no problem. At almost half the price of other off airport parking this was a bargain, easy to use and efficent service by ground staff. Thank you

Airparks has good signs from the Motorway it very easy to find. Staff were quick and efficient. Only a small criticism on our return we were unsure which bus stop to go to. We asked another bus driver and he directed us. Presently, there are no shelters to wait in, luckily for us the weather wasn't too bad, but if was raining/windy nowhere to shelter and you would be out in the open.

Airparks was very easy to find from the M1 motorway and closer to Luton airport than I had imagined. I would definitely use Airparks again in terms of convenience and excellent price.

Airparks was well sign-posted and easy to find, Dropping the car off was simplicity itself, and we only waited on the bus a couple of minutes before setting of on the 10 minute hop to the terminal. My only grumble was we had to wait about 20 minutes before a bus came to take us back to the carpark from the airport. Hardly a disaster, but it felt like a long time when you are itching to get home. Still, 5 days for £18, compares favourably to the £50 or so for on-site parking. I'd use again.

Car park is easy to find, staff was friendly and we were serverd very guickly, however on the way back from the airport we had to wait ages for bus to arrive, nevertheless i highly recomend Airparks parking.

Parked and was on the transfer bus and away in about five minutes. Return proceedure just as prompt.

Long waits for coach transfers to the airport. Perhaps more coaches should be provided, especially as there are further delays due to the current road works.

It was easy,accessible and prompt. Also the service was friendly and the charges good value for money.

We arrived at the Airparks Car Park in the early hours of the morning,we handed the keys of the car in and showed the relevant documents and a bus was waiting for us to take us to the airpot,this is the 3rd time we have used this car park,and will definitely be using it again the next time we fly from Luton airport.

We are fairly regular users of Airparks and except for the occasional longish wait at the airport for pick up have found the service good value for money. However the recent change of pickup point outside the Luton Airport building does not appear to have any form of shelter which could be a problem when the weather is wet as it usually is when we travel! Overall good value for money.

Why was my car covered in a fine layer of dust,grime after 8 days ? With poor lighting and an iced up windscreen it made leaving the site difficult.

No hassle but also no frills which suited me. The only slight niggle was I requested a VAT invoice twice and both times they failed to deliver. For such a simple request it seemed to cause such problems. Anything other than turn up, hand over keys, and get on bus is beyond the polite but dour looking counter staff.

Waiting for the bus is a drag, only every 20 minutes, but as long as you give yourself plenty of time it isn't a problem. Remember where they drop you as at present it is not signed as to where the pick up point is on return.

Overall pleased. Was quite busy when we first arrived. Always allow an extra hour for unforeseen jam.

The bays for cars arriving were full to overflowing upon arrival. The person on reception said he had been on duty since 7.00a.m and had no break at all - this was 3.00p.m. so I guess they were very short staffed.

Booking was easy, airparks provided comprehensive and accurate directions. Staff were helpful,friendly and polite. Coaches were punctual and the distance from the car park to the hotel was not excessive approx 10 minutes. The only downside was that their was no bus shelter provided to wait for our return coach at Luton airport. I use these airport parking company's at least 4 times per year, this was the first time I had used airparks. Will I bed using airparks again? Most definatley as they provide everything other companys offer at half of the cost.

A bit basic but does all you need. Luckily I didn't have to queue for transfer to terminal but many did over half term period.
