Very good car parking service, extremely efficient and great value for money, will definitely use next time!

Venue was easy to find and simple process to follow to park and retrieve vehicle. The initial price was great value for money, however, flight was delayed resulting in collection of the car 2 hours late which was a £10 additional charge which seemed very high as the 3 day charge was only £16 !!

i was very pleased at the beginning. All these automated processes when you check in. However, it took a very long time to het to the airport as the car park is located approximately 5 miles away. Also, on my return I had to wait over 30 minutes before the bus came to pick me up. Further, when i came back to my car the battery was not working as some of the drivers who parked my car had forgotten to switch my lights off. I complaimed and within 2 minutes someone of the friendly staff helped me to charge the battery. All in all, a very good service but only if you allow / have plenty of time...

We had to wait a little while on our return for the transfer to the cap park. Overall an excellent service with a smile! Definitely value for money!

Despite the driver not wanting to actually assist with heavy bags the service was efficient, punctual and worth the money. Very good mechanism for key collection and return. Don't lose your reciept after dropping off your keys!!!

an excellent service staff very friendly and gave extra when I arrived I was slightly pushed for time but was able to transfer to the awaiting bus in very quick time. would definetly use the car park again.

We had never used long stay airport parking before so were not sure what to expect but after the excellent directions got us to the car park the staff just took over and made the whole experience very straight forward.We would not hesitate to use again.

The car park was very busy when we arrived, but the only wait time was to get on a coach for the airport - we had to take the 2nd coach. They have automatic check-in and key-drop, so no queuing involved there, and the car was ready and waiting when we returned.

The whole experience was very good. No waiting for the transfer from the carpark to the airport, a short wait on our return but it was more the cold weather that was a nuisance - should have taken up the offer of the return of my car to the airport. Would recommend the service.

Everything went like clockwork. In and out quickly. Just the human touch lacking.

i found the experience of the luton transfer to be pleasant and speedy both ways it is important on the return journey to make haste on your homeward trip as this was the case

Very easy to use, and reliable. There had been a slight problem with the vehicle while we were away but Airparks staff were very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to sort it out before we arrived back after our holiday. Thanks Airparks! We will be back!

However the driver on the return leg i.e. from Airport to Airparks was very unhelpful. He just sat in his cab reading a paper without offering to help anyone on the bus. The bus was packed with insufficient seats for everyone. I did complain to the duty staff at the time and was given a website address to contact.

Both leaving the car and collecting on return were good, the only slight fault was the length of time waiting for the bus on return although I think the wait was still only 10 minutes, but the bus was full and some people may have had to wait for the next bus.

The process was very smooth. The bus on time and the transfer efficient. Thank you

Coach driver kindly waited for us as he was about to leave the airport car park. I can understand why there is protective netting for the luggage racks. Driver was going a bit too fast on the narrow roads near Slip End

This (for the cost) must be the worst airport parking that I've used. Dark at night, potholes all over the car park. Unfortunately we saw the driver take our car on arrival, he drove it with little or no respect to our vehicle. However it was the most competitively priced available. I would not use this company again, if there was/is a reasonably priced alternative.

For an off airport parking facility, it is very well run and economical. Give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport as is recommended.

When I booked this, there was no indication that it was so far from the airport. The return journey from Luton to getting sat in my car took over an hour and a half, with the return bus ramming on as many passengers as possible, which took a long time. Then on arrival at the offices, none of the cars were ready or available despite having completed our flight details when booking and them having the arrivals chart on live screen in their offices. I waited over 45 minutes for them to bring me the car - with my three year old daughter who was understandably struggling to cope with hanging around their offices. The staff response was basically 'don't talk to me about it, I've just come on shift so I don't know anything' - which I heard him say to everyone during our extensive wait. This was not spent the money saved, next time I would rather pay more and park medium term, which is on site and wormy the additional money.
