Q Parking Heathrow was superb, you pull up undercover next to the checkin desks, no standing in the rain in a mass of cars, the people are friendly and helpful, we were travelling over Xmas a busy time but did not have to queue. Drop off and pick up was smooth and close to the terminal doors, we called once we had picked up our bags and the transport was waiting when we got to the bus stop. If this sounds like an advert it's because, I think they deserve it.

Easy to find from motorway helpful staff on arrival cheerful and helpful drivers no delay on return pickup will use you again and reccomend you to our friends

Not having used QPark for a few years I still expected to arrive in a field! What a pleasant surprise I had! New, modern, well lit facilities! To be able to drive right up to reception under cover, check the car in, and then straight on the coach was fantastic. To then come back, dropped off under cover by the reception area, picked up keys and walked out under cover to my car made my day! In my book this beats any business parking at Heathrow!

Immediate transfer to airport. Upon return we called for a pick up and were first at bus stop. Bus took 30 mins to arrive and parked away from stop allowing later arrivals on first causing bus to fill up. Second bus took a further 15 mins to arrive. Better organisation needed in arranging a fair collection to prevent people pushing in. i.e drivers to know which passengers they are collecting.

This is how a car park should be run. Counter staff efficient, transfer driver prompt and helpful. One of the few British services where you actually get more than what you pay for!

Service was great. Transfer back was from a covered area in the terminal I arrived at - unlike some other parking services. Would definitely use again.

10 minutes is acceptable, but I'd called 10 mins before while moving thru customs and I was already frustrated by airport delays. So the notice time should've got someone there sooner. Still, its acceptable and thats why I rated 4/5 not 5/5. Overall good service and good value.

This was the first time I had used QPark, and it will not be the last. People were friendly, transport to and from the terminal were comfortable with minimum waiting time. I'm a frequent flyer and now plan to use this service as an alternative to business parking.

Q-Park is conveniently located close to Heathrow, it provided a fast effective check-in and transfer, and a prompt pick-up and quick transfer back to my car. Everything was a model of smooth effective efficiency.

Q Park is very close to Heathrow and the transfer to the terminals only takes 10 mins. The staff were friendly and on our return the car was waiting for us outside reception and it took only seconds to be on our way home. I will certainly use Q Park again.

Very well signposted and esy to get to. Your car is well looked after in a clean, safe, secure environment and est of all car kept undercover! Very professional organisation, staff extremely helpful. Returning from our trip we were met within 10 minutes of phoning for transport. Will always use this parking facility now.

Superb from start to finish. Excellent location & clean modern site. Coach to terminal left promptly and collection was waiting when we returned. I left a bag on the coach & when I phoned they bent over backwards to locate and keep safe for me until I returned next day. Just for the record they looked after my car as well !!

Easy to find off the M4, efficient - nice to be able to drop the car off at reception and for it to be there on our return. Seemless airport transfer, only very minor point is having to wait a short time at the Terminal for pick-up, but did not affect overall experience. Certainly value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly, will definitely be using them again.

Friendly staff. Smart premises. Not having used an 'off-airport' parking facility before, I'd assumed it would be a field somewhere, so was pleasantly surprised. I arrived back unexpectedly only hours after parking, but the vehicle was still ready and waiting. Thank-you very much.

Couldn't be quicker! We were parked up in no time, on a bus and in the terminal within 10 minutes. When we came home we only had to wait 5-10 minutes before a mini-bus picked us up. Thankfully there was room for us as it was a full mini-bus. And we didn't get wet once! The only strange thing is you sign something when you drop off which lists the mileage on your car. No one checked this before we left and we signed it without the information being put on infront of us. But overall the service couldn't be faulted. We would use them again, without question.

I will use Q again but I have two observations. I suggest that arrivals are directed to the reception entrance and a quick inspection/mileage check is carried out immediately. Otherwise it seems to get neglected. The buses might get a little cramped and steamy when there's more than 4 people in them. Otherwise, a good service I'll use again.

For me, the most important part of the service is picking me up from T3 after a long haul flight.This is where your company is not very efficient. i called as recommended when my bags came. After getting delayed in customs I made my way to bus stop 5, you bus was not there waiting as I expected, in fact it took ages to arrive, probably 20-25 minutes after I got to the bus stop. Whilst waiting for the Q park bus I saw 2 buses comes and go from dot to dot and two from Purple parking. This experience has put me off a bit. If I am to recommend you or use you again then this needs to be addressed. Other than that the service is very good.

It was easy and quick to find It looked clean and professional and the staff were alert, friendly and helpful - at 4.30 am. It's v close to T1 and T2. Drop off and pick-up were with minimal delays The smallest moan, the doors on the reception are had proximity switches and kept sliding open and closed, it was a cold morning!

I was scepticle about leaving my ard in an airport carpark as I had done this before, although not with Q Park. On arrival at Q Park I arrived at the check in area and handed in my key and within minutes was on the way to the Arport Teminal. I am so pleasantly surprise at how smoothly the process has been, I cannot praise Q Park enough. My previous experience or airport parking was a complete disater which had always put me off parking at the airport again. On arrival back at the airport I called Q PArk as advised to do ad was told which bus stop to go to to get the bus back. The bus as there waiting anf again with in minutes was on the way back to the car park. Check was just as smooth as check in and I was off and on my way with in 10 minutes (including loading the car). I would have not hestation in recommending and using Q Park in the future for airport parking

Checking in was easy and we were taken to the terminal almost immediately. On our return the bus was waiting for us almost as soon as we had got out from the terminal and wer were on our way within 15 minutes. Excellent service would definitely use again for Heathrow parking.
