Service was very good, parked outside the office, gave keys in and on the other side of the office a mini bus was waiting. Pick up on arrival was quick and once again polite staff.

I usually use Business Parking. Not anymore! The transfer was direct and quick, and did not involve sitting on a bus trailing around all 3 terminals!

Service at QPark was excellent. On the way in I was amazed, we were the only ones picked up, 10 minutes wait tops. Previous experience tells me average of about 30 minute wait. Facilities are of superior quality compared to others we had used. Extremely good value for money and obviously know what their customers expect. Will DEFINITELY use again.

Our very friendly Arrivals pick-up drver received at least 3 contradictory messages from HQ. Every time he tried to drive us to the parking he was asked to go around to another terminal. In the end he ignored HQ and drove us back anyway!

The whole experience was very straightforward -easy to find, drop off at reception and transfer to terminal. Good to be able to park under cover - especially in mid winter. I would definitely use Q-Park again.

Think the morning shift were a little tired when we got there. That said, we thought the service was excellent. The best thing was NO waiting around for transfers...particularly important if you are running a bit late or have had a delayed return flight. We will definitely use you again when we fly from Heathrow.

Not used airport parking before but would definately recommend the helpful and efficient services provided. Good location and felt offered security and excellent value for money.

Good efficient service. Car park is easy to find and in a convenient location. No hanging around for transfers to and from the airport. Heathrow airport is the pits but if you have to use it this car park eases things!

Good value for an excellent service. The parking service did exactly what it said on the box. Also, very clean toilets with no queues, better by far than waiting until we got to the terminal. There was no hanging about for the shuttle on our return, it arrived just as we found the bus stop. I would thoroughly recommend Q-Park.

The check in and return were very quick on our visit. The car was waiting for us on return and we found nothing untoward with it. We will use Q Park again.

Got back to find keys had been locked in car and battery was completely flat as interior light had been left on by their driver. Had to use my own personal AA membership as they seemed to have no form of assistance to offer. I am now in the process of trying to claim my money back.

my wife chose this site due to the secure award. as well as distance and price from the terminal building. Easy to book online and gives you the best deals. When we arrived, the service was speedy, transfer to terminal wasn't long and on the way back quick pick up. The drivers are also very helpful on and offloading our cases and friendly.-thanks

Hi Q-Park, We were genuinely surprised when we arrived at your car park, as we have used many other car parks near Heathrow and this was the first time at Q-Park. We didn't expect such excellent facilities, top service and smooth transfers. Truly a great experience that beats all other car parks in the area, and we will definitely come back in the future! We got there and the office doors were broke and something fell off the electrical sliding doors onto my head which hurt. Then on the way back we had to wait an hour and half for a pick up because they would not pick up the calls for half hour and then we waited an hour for actual pick up. Absolutley disgusting and not what you need when you have got off a twelve hour flight. Then the driver proceeded to circle Term 2 after our pick up at Term 3 - directly behind another Q Park bus. Surely they knew how many and when they were picking up. No excuses and sorely dissappointed. Would like money back it was that bad.

I wanted a near Heathrow site, with a quick transfer. Q Parking was great, perhaps the reception staff could have been more customer friendly, but coach/transit drivers were friendly, drove us safely to our terminal, pick up was prompt and car was safe and secure on our return. I would happily use this site again.

Best off-airport car park I have used. Very efficient delivery to and from the terminal with max 5 minutes waiting. Minimal bureaucracy from the desk staff. Highly recommended!!

Thought that the actual parking was very secure,liked the fact that it was undercover - especially good for winter parking, the staff were very friendly and informative, the transfer to and from the airport was very speedy, plenty of space in the transport for luggage. The only drawback was the length of time it took to get to the parking after leaving the motorway and the fact that the roads were congested which should be taken into account if going there in rush hour traffic.

Very good facilities and we had no problems either with our arrival or departure. Couldn't fault the service at all. Would certainly use them again when flying from Heathrow and highly recommend it.

i used Q-Park for the first time travelling with my 11month old daughter. The only holdback with Q-Park was that the car could have done with a rinse over ready for my return journey. This facility has been provided by another company offering a near to same package.
