We used Q-Park at the end of November 2007 and it was an excellent experience. The year before we used Purple Parking and were frustrated with the amount of time it took to get to the airport (especially during rush hour), and the wait for the pick up was 45 minutes. None of this was an issue with Q-Park. From the car park it took around 5 minutes to get to Terminal 3 and the check in process was smooth and efficient. The pick up when we arrived back was already waiting, so there was no hanging around at all. Q-Park is slightly more expensive than some of the other car parks, but for speed and reliability I'd use them again any day.

Very helpful staff . We didnt have to wait very long for transfers. I turned up with a slow puncture , they made a note to pump it up for me when i returned, but when i got back to the car it was completely flat so i had to use my footpump. Apart from that the whole experience was very good and i would use them again.

We would definitely use Q-Park again. As well as being in a good/central/secure location, there were no queues when dropping the car off and we hardly had to wait at all for our transfer back from the terminal on our return. The staff were helpful and efficient.

Near to Heathrow, quick transfer, no waiting. Very pleased. It was at least as efficient as staying in the regular long stay and cheaper.

I have used Q Park Heathrow twice over the past couple of weeks and on both occasions they have provided an excellent service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the transfers are spot on - I have used others and sometimes have had to wait a long time for the pick up on returning to the UK. I would certainly recommend Q Park.

Very easy to use. Polite and friendly staff. Excellent facilites (cars parked under cover). On arriving back at the airport, we went to where all the courtesy buses pick people up from - lots of people were hanging around waiting - and we were met first!!

I found Q-Park very good and would use them again. The transfers from the car park to the airport and vice versa were very quick. The check in on arrival was excellent, just handed over my keys and they did the rest. When I returned the car was parked ready to go!

Excellent service & value for money. Staff well trained and polite. Only niggle was that at the bus stop at T3 the buses pulled up and as there were no queing facility a mad rush was made once the bus arrived, leaving the first come first served possible waiting for the next one.

The facility is easy to find. It looks very secure. Staff were friendly and put our bags on the van and took them off for us. When we phoned to be picked up we were told 5-10 mins but it was there in 2! They even had toilets we could use! They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. 1st class service. Definately would use again and would recommend to anyone.

This was, without doubt, the most efficient and pleasant parking experience. It made getting to Heathrow very straightforward. The return was just as good and I was back on the road within a very short time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Q-parking to anyone, as the service I received was worth every penny of the very reasonable fee.

The new site is professionally run, easy to find, and the drop-off and pick-up area is all under cover (so you don't have to unload/load luggage in the rain on a muddy site). There is a warm office area to drop/collect your keys with comfy seats if you need to wait for a transfer to the terminal, and there are clean, modern toilets in the building. No portacabins in site! This is the 4th time we've used Q-Park, and the new site gets the thumbs up.

Nothing bad about the service. Checking in and out was efficient and quick and the transfers involved minimal waiting. Price is more expensive than the competition and annoyingly would have been cheaper if I had just drove in rather than booking on-line. I paid £24.25 for 2 days on line - but the illuminated signs outside the facility were offering £10.50 per day.

Found the place easily enough and first impressions were good. Wasn't sure whether the car was kept on site during our absence and didn't think to ask. All seemed very organised, going through barrier, parking in lane close to main office. They were expecting us (always a bonus) and staff were friendly. There were toilets available and even a free newspaper, plus a vending machine if you wanted it. Got onto coach more or less straight away and driver both loaded and unloaded cases each end. Waited about 15 mins for the coach when we arrived back but that was no great hassle as the bus stop we were asked to wait at was under cover. Would use again.

After previous bad experiences like this, we decided to pay the extra for Q Park in the hope of avoiding long waits for collection but Q Park are no better than the really cheap providers we have previously used. Would go back to the cheapies on the basis of this experience!!

We found the whole experience very efficient and hassle free with excellent modern facilities. Only disappointment was waitng for pick up at T1 (stop 5). We got soaked as there is no shelter and waited 10 minutes. Still, would highly recommend to friends. thank you.

We were very pleased with your service. We were dealt with quickly and efficiently and the courtesy bus dropped us at the terminal within about 10-15 mins of arriving. On our return, we were collected within the same amount of time and the car was ready for collection. Excellent!

If clients don't follow instructions to phone only after they have their luggage (you only take as long as it takes to walk to the pick-up point, but I don't think new people believe it!) then drivers shouldn't wait for them when they have other people already in the bus.

Parking great. On our return however, we phoned for a coach and couldnt get on it because people pushed in front of us and took up all the seats. We had to phone and wait for another one which we weren't too happy about. I think customers names should be taken when calling for a transfer coach and the driver let them on in order. Or, get bigger coaches with more seats.

I was pleased with the service overal which was professional and efficient. The checking in an out process was clear and easy to follow. The premises are very well maintained and tidy. Staff (especially the drivers) were helpful and friendly. Had a slight problem with the satnav (I used Qpark's postcode) making me to take the final turn off the main street before I actually needed to, and ended up in another company's car park. Apart from that it was easy to get to and conveniently near the airport. Would certainly use them again.

The service was brilliant. Q Park is an extremely well-organised operation which meant that the car drop-off and collection and the transfers were quick and completely stress-free. I would definitely recommend Q Park and would certainly use them again.
