Bookig was simple, we paid £60.00 for 8 days, which we thought was OK, drop off and pick up were excellent and we didn't wait any longer than five minutes, would use again!

Finding most places around Heathrow can be a pain, but found Q Park with no problems as per directions. The facilities are well lit, you literally park your car by the office, check in and get in the transfer vehicle. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our car was ready on our return and were informed they had needed to jump start the car (flat battery) staff member advised and was helpful. Our transfers were prompt both ways. In all, a good reliable service.

Poor instuctions for collection from terminal. Arrived at Heathrow terminal 1 and rang when collecting lugguge as instructed, was told to exit building and walked to right, this took us down a staircase towards main bus station. Then rang back to office and was informed that I was in the wrong place, walked back to main terminal building (800m) to ring again and girl on phone then found someone who told me to find bus stop 2. Why this was not explained in first place was a mystery, as t-1 is a very busy place and specific instructions at first point of call makes things much easier!!!

I found the staff to be helpful and polite, booking the car in, and collection after my holiday was so simple with no fuss. Transfers to and from the airport was excellent, very speedy with no waiting. i had complete piece of mind that my car was safe while I was abroad. I found Q cars to be an excellent company, whom I will use again and recommend to any one that uses Heathrow Airport.

pick up timed to collect other customers as well as me, I waited 25 mins while they waited less than 10 mins. Saw several other company's buses come and go from pick up point before I was collected

Excellent service - taken to airport almost immediately, picked up within a couple of minutes on return. Modern reception with friendly staff (plus free newspapers)

Would certainly use again. It's a well run, friendly outfit. On line booking was easy, pick up and drop off were prompt and as for the loos - well they were spotless!!

Generally, no issues apart from perceived reception staff attitude upon arrival(typically airport 'go away you're bothering me' kind of thing), might just be me! Reception staff on return helpful. Again, looked very organised, clean and secure ... should market that side of their business more.

whilst the transfer from your depot to Terminal was really god the return was far from good- I waited, along with other members of public for 40 minutes- yes I realise that it was a busy period but 40 minutes wait is , in my opinion, excessive.

To be greeted on arrival and directed to reception in a clean modern building is very reassuring. Then to be in departures within 20 minutes is even better. Returning was just as good, collected within 10 minutes of calling from arrivals and on the road in 20 mins.

Really impressed with the whole experieince. The cost for the week was more or less the cheapest but more importantly i didn't have to spend time driving around a car park to find a space or have to stand around in the cold for 15 minutes waiting for a bus to take me to the terminal. Very quick transfer and pick up and the driver even helps you with your cases. Highly recommend using Q-park.

Fairly easy to find, clean and professional. Even though I was the only customer dropping a car off I was taken straight to the Airport, no waiting for a full bus. My fears were that I would be waiting in the cold for transfers, this was not the case.

Good experience although I got a lift back to the Q park so don't know if there would have been a wait on arrival. probably not as everything else was very smooth

I needed a last minute booking. Q were happy to quote a reasonable price within 24 hours of my travel time, unlike other carparks who were not prepared to offer discount rates at the last minute. I'll certainly consider using them again.

On previous trips from Heathrow, we've used 'okay' car parks that were a bit run down, poor lighting etc. Q-Park really was first class. From the minute you enter, the facilities look brand new. Security is taken very seriously, and i had full confidence in handing over the car. Staff were super efficient and friendly, and the transfer bus was ready and waiting to get us to the airport. A couple of review we saw for Q-Park said that the downside was waiting to be picked up on returning to Heathrow. No complaints from us - one quick phonecall, and the bus was there to pick us up in just over five minutes. Car was parked and ready to go. Nice to use a company where you get what you are promised. Will use again any time we travel from Heathrow. Thanks Q-Park!

Access was easy from Motorways, staff were friendly and helpful and delivery to the terminal was prompt. Pick up could have been a bit quicker but overall a good service. I would certainly use them again.

The arrival and transfer to Heathrow was top class and the service fantastic. However I was very disappointed with the collection service. I had to wait 30 minutes and phone twice as I had been forgeotten. But the service once I returned to Qpark was fantstic and at £90 for 2 weeks I would use this parking facility again as I expect I was unlucky with the collection.

Really easy to find - even at night. Polite, friendly & efficient staff. Fast drop-off and pick-up. Kind driver even dropped off a couple who'd been waiting hour and half for different car park. Well lit areas with plenty of security made it feel very safe. Will definitely use again.

check in staff was most reluctant for me to write the car mileage on the check in card. He expected me to sign it blank, stating their driver would fill it in later. I don't think so! They need to sort this out, it protects them too. Otherwise, very satisfactory.
