I think the directions could be improved. The distance along the A4 from the roundabout could be given more precisely and landmarks on the way mentioned to be sure that the entrance had not been passed. I was nor popular crawling along the A4 so as not to miss the entrance.

Overall, we would definitely use QPark again. The experience was positive and reception staff were helpful and friendly. On arriving back into UK, we were instructed to come through customs before calling, which we did. We were instructed to make our way to bus stop 5 where we would be picked up. There was no cover, so if it was raining we would have got quite wet, but luckily it wasn't. After picking us up, the driver was instructed to go to Term 2 to pick some other people up. We were ok with this, until we arrived and there wasn't anybody there. The driver radioed in and was told to stay there as the people were coming. We waited only about 7 mins, but we could have been back at the car park in this time and back on the road. Overall I would recommend Qpark.

on clearly customs & collecting our baggage at heathrow we called Q PARK as requested & told where to catch our bus. this is where it all goes wrong. the minibuses didn't turn up for 20 minutes & when they did they parked at the back of the queue leading to a free for all as there was about 100 people waiting. Not a good experience which means we shall not be using Q park again, bad organisation!!!!

Our flight home was cancelled and we returned 12 hours later than anticipated. We expected to have to pay for the extra time, but were staggered to find that there was no penalty. Thanks for that, your response was very helpful after a long and anxious delay.

Highly recommended parking, easy to find off the M4. Quick and efficient drop off and taken straight to terminal with no waiting around. We were picked up immediately on arrival with no problems and picked up the car again with no problems. My only query was why I bothered signing the form about the condition of my car and the mileage BEFORE it had been checked by staff - I guess if they had scratched or dented it they could have just added that to the form I had signed. Will definitely use again, though.

The whole process went very smoothly. Within 10 mins of arriving we were on the transfer bus to the airport. Similarly there was a bus waiting on return to take us straight back to the car park. Facilities at car park were clean (i.e. toilets) and modern. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Our experience of using this car park was excellent. Very smooth transition from car park to airport termial, with helpful, friendly driver. We were early checking into car park but this proved no problem and was not charged any more. When we arrived back into the UK we phoned the number given and only had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for the bus to collect us. Again, very helpful, friendly driver . Our car was ready and waiting for us upon return to car park. We would use this service again. Excellent and value for money.

I found the staff extremely helpful and efficient. I actually left something in my car which I needed and they very kindly located the item and put it on the next minibus to the terminal. I was the only person for collection on return from Terminal 1 and there was little waiting around. Will definitely use them again.

Really great value, easy to use, easy to find and effortless. Did not have to carry luggage to a bus stop or remember the bus stop number for the way back! Had to wait a bit on the return journey for the coach but probably average wait compared to any other car parking service.

We arrived back at Heathrow on a Sunday morning and I had the distinct impression that there was only one pick driver and mini bus collecting from the various terminals. It therefore took about 30mins from when we telephoned to being picked up. It happened to be dry but there is no rain shelter at the bus stop.

I thought the staff @ qpark where most helpful epically bobby sharma who took the time to TNT my drving licence to Brazil so that i may enjoy the rest of my holiday.He should be rewarded for his service and i feel is a major asset to their team.I will be using q park ext year and for may years to come. They are " Simply the best".Well done and keep up the good work

I chose this place as they stated that they recorded your mileage before you departed and on arrival. This didn't happen, but the service was very good. Reception were friendly and clear and when we arrived back in the country, we were collected by the mini bus in about 10 minutes. Overall it was a very good service.

First time I have used Q-Park, I usually use one of the bigger carparks within the perimeter fence, but thought I'd try something different - I am very glad I did. Good on-line booking, good location (close to airport, although not on the airport itself, approx 5-10 minute transfer, depending on terminal), well presented and secure facility, friendly and efficient desk staff, good transfer to and collection from airport terminals, friendly and helpful bus drivers. Very good value for money. I will be using again and again and will happily recommend to friends and colleagues. Refreshing to find something this good - let's hope they can keep it up !

Ref: R622847 We where very impressed when flying out, handover and transfers went extremly well - waiting was no more than 10 minutes. However inbound left us waiting 40 minutes to be collected from the terminal which is the last thing you need after a night flight! Compounded by lack of information and abrupt attitude by the the ?duty manager when attempting to communicate our frustration and disappointment of our experience was not helpful:( We would like to think that this was not a typical "Q Park" customer experience but nonetheless we would like some answers as it appeared that only one mini bus was being used that morning at T4 Therefore our scoring does reflect this somewhat. Arrival was fine with good signage and good and helpful reception staff who were perfect. Delivery to Terminal was OK with wait of about 5 minutes Collection from terminbal 2 was poor. Waited I would estimate at least 20 minutes from call ( I was at the bus stop when I called) at about 9.15 pm on Friday night, so not really unsocial hours. Key issue is that while I waited there wre vat least 2 coaches for other operators. Real pity as this was only drawback to otherwise very good service.

On return I telephoned 4 times using a telephone within the terminal but each time the phone cut-off before it was answered. We went outside and asked people where we would be picked-up from and fortunately found other people waiting who had made contact using a mobile phone after waiting a long time. The minibuses used are not big enough when the terminal is busy and in our case late arrivals tried to get on before those who had been waiting some time. To rectify the phone problem it needs to be manned all the time or an answer phone installed.

Simple and easy to access and use, with friendly professional staff at check in and on the transfer coaches. Very satified and I will use them again, despite there being no shelter at pick up point, fortunately it wasn't raining, however, there was shelter nearby. Well worth the few extra pounds.

I seldom use Heathrow , normally Gatwick for an easier journey to and from home . I had no choice this time and was dreading the journey between home and airport . Luckily i had early morning departure and arrival so i was able to avoid the worst traffic times . On arrival at the car park the procedure is efficient and fast . The return seemed to be a long wait at the terminal , but i had been travelling for 24 hours and was tired and impatient to get home , it was in fact only 10 minutes . Leaving the car park was again very quick and efficient . I would have no hesitation in recommending your service to friends and will use you again myself.

i would recommend this parking to all my friends, it's significantly cheaper than the on-site car parks, and offers a very slick service. i did turn up at a quiet time, so I'm not sure what the wait would be a peak times to drop the car, but I'll be using this car park again
