Good service overall. Although I left all my travel docs when checking in at Qpark. About 4 pieces of A4 paper and a wedding invitation. I would of thought it would have been no trouble ferrying them up to terminal 1 on the next bus (every 10mins).When I returned 4 days later no one had filed them away for collection. Not happy

Looked at quite a few reviews, and in the end this turned out to be an excellent choice. Pretty good value and very good/quick transfers with no waiting. Just have to make a quick call on landing and the minibus was waiting on our exit from the terminal. Good service all round. Would definitely recommend.

The premises were very good and i was confident that my car would be safe and secure. Transfers to and from the airport was very quick and there wasn't much waiting around. i fell that the staff could be friendlier though and they should offer to help load your luggage into your car after a long flight and travelling with tired children as well. That apart, i would defintely use the service again.

Friendly speedy service. The coach arrived to pick us up on our return in the time it took us to walk to the bus stop. Our car was parked just outside the reception area ready for pickup, no miles to walk searching for your car. Can't fault it and will use again.

On pick-up from T3, the first (empty) transport vehicle pulled into and out of the pick-up bay without stopping. The next vehicle arrived in about 20 mins, and the transfer proceeded. Not really what you want after a 25 hour journey, and the prospect of a 5 hour drive home. Still, I would use the service again.

Staff very polite, helpful and willing to assist. Quick transfers, no waiting around. I left my purse in my car and they didn't hesitate to return to depot, retrieve purse for me and return us to the airport. Can't praise the service enough - thank you

First of all let me start by saying that not in a million years my husband ever dreamt of leaving his car for a whole week in a parking place that's not our own drive in. But this time we decided to go to the airport by car and leave it there. I was told about Q Park from a friend of mine so we booked our car there. The service was excellent. As soon as you arrive you go to the reception area and they greet you with a smile unlike most other places. There is a mini bus there waiting to take you to your terminal and the drivers are very friendly as well. When we came back from our holiday we phoned for someone to pick us up and the mini bus was there in five minutes. Our car was parked in a safe place, very clean environment. Q Park will always be our first choice when it comes to leaving our car at the airport . Recommended it to every one.

It can be miserable coming home from a lovely holiday, especially when you are tired from your flight, feeling scruffy and subdued. Your staff were very prompt, chirpy and friendly which was infectious. We had a bit of a giggle back at the carpark which was nice and made us feel glad to be back.

q park was easy to find. The staff were helpful and knew what they were doing. The transfers were fast and when we collected the car it was ready for us drive away. The price is very competative. I would certainly use them again and I have used other parking facilities but this is the best so far.

I booked my parking over the internet, which was straightforward. Q-Park was not the cheapest but i was impressed with the reviews and the site seemed to be within a reasonable distance to Heathrow. Check-in was fast and easy and i was on my way to the terminal within 30 mins of arriving. The driver made a specific detour to the coach station for me which was very helpful. Upon return there was a delay in collecting us (about 45 minutes) but we arrived back at Heathrow during rush hour so this could probably have been expected. My car was left in a secure car park for the long weekend and came back to me undamaged, which is quite unusual if you read some of the reviews for their competitors. I would def use this service again PROVIDING the price does not increase. If they continue with this level of service at a competitive price i will recommend to friends and family too.

You will see from your records I called you on Saturday afternoon at 2.50pm having got my bags and gone through customs. I waited for 35 minutes at the bus stop before the bus arrived. we then went to T2. I eventually left the car park at 3.40pm. There was, I was told, no-one on duty that I could tackle on this. Really poor service.

Facilities for storing vehicles were secure. Customer services was great from both reception staff and transfer drivers. On returning from holiday, telephoned for transfer and was collected from airport within 5 minutes! Excellent. Will definately use company again.

Car park was modern, secure and staff really efficient. Good facilities were at the car park, (vending machines, toilets, small area for children). Very easy to find and very easy to check in. I felt my car was safe. A bus was immediately available to take us to airport. On arriving back at Heathrow, we had to phone the car park and were told where to wait for the bus. The bus arrived very quickly (a matter of minutes), and paperwork to check out car was waiting and car was just outside the check out area. All staff were helpful, polite and we received an excellent service. Would definately use again.

Minibus too small to take all transfers (11) on arrival so one party of 4 had to wait for t-break to be completed. Overall efficient, helpful and well organised, including the web booking which always makes me a bit nervous. One tip for the future - your credit card is debited on the day of booking, rather than on the confirmed day of travel, which happens in the case of USA airport shuttles and which I favour. I would definitely use Q-Park again. Thanks.

i was apprehensive at first parking off airport, having used parking express before! i need not have been, this was a truly great experience. on arrival was met by parking attendants and shown to temporary covered unloading parking space and then onto a modern reception where i handed the keys over and was booked in and given a voucher for my car then transfered to the airport. the transfer to terminal 3 was as fast as any ON-airport facility( very Quick) as Q-park are only a very short distance from heathrow. on arrival back in the UK i rang there number and the mini bus was at the bus stop before me and the car was waiting for us outside reception when we got to the carpark. what can i say? superb service and great peace of mind while i was away knowing my car was well looked after and we saved £40 into the bargain over all the on airport parking .. well done Q-parks!!

Premises clean and fresh (including toilets!), staff friendly and helpful. Help with cases on and off mini buses. Buses seemed frequent, drivers helpful - overall a stress free experience and good start to our journey. On return, car parked close to Q park office under cover, which was convenient and hastened onward journey. Out of all the parking we've used over the years, this was the most efficient and stress free. Would recommend.

Lovely smart, clean, new facility and professional. The reception staff were friendly and communicative regardless of day/time. Also impressed with relatively small amount of time we had to wait to be picked up on arrival back at airport in way home.

On starting my car the radio "code required" message came on, which means the battery had been disconnected. I went back inside and asked why they had disconnected my battery. They told me the battery had gone flat on my Mazda 6. I said mine was a Mazda 3 to which they said mine had gone flat also. I got the distinct impression they were not telling the truth. I believe they used my car to jump start the other Mazda - I bought mine new, it's still relatively new and I've never had any battery problems and I've left it for longer periods in other airport car parks earlier this year without any problems. I would certainly think twice about using them again!

New facility, with efficient check in and transportation. We arrived on the worst travelling day of the year, half term October break Friday evening, traffic was horrendous, but the shuttle driver had us through all the hold ups and up to T3 in no time. Pick up was within 5 mins of placing the call, and the car was on 'pole' position ready to go. Would recommend and use them again should I fly from Heathrow.

Access is easy and leads to a spacious area where you leave your car. Reception is nearby and under cover. Hand over your keys, the transfer bus comes and you're on a trip of a few minutes to the terminal. The same coming back: quick and straightforward. It's clean, secure and well lit, and the staff are efficient and friendly. I won't use anywhere else next time I fly from Heathrow.
