I have tried all the other carparks - both on and off airport - you can have a shorter transit if you pay significantly more by being on airport, and without exception all other off airport parks are inferior. Some are slightly cheaper, but are much further away.

Swift parking, no hassle, no waiting for transfer on outbound (parked and was at Airline check-in 20 mins later) and reasonable wait on inbound - after arrival I waited outside Terminal 3 for what was promised...around 15 mins... Easy, efficient service and great value.

mixed feelings about car pack - arrival was great. Easy to find, easy to park, friendly staff, taken quickly to airport. However on return phoned for pick up and waited over 20 mins in rain for minibus. When it eventually arrived had to go via another terminal to wait for more passengers. By the time we got back to the car we were exhausted. But they were still friendly. May just have been unlucky

On line booking was easy and quick. Check in at the car park was equally efficint. The facility is smart and clean and fills you with confidence. The best thing was the minibuses - Q Park don't use trailers for luggage so the buses fill up more quickly and consequently call at less of the terminals (ours only went to T2 & T3). Pick up was relatively quick and the car was parked out front for us on our return.

This car park was excellent for me. The booking was smooth, really friendly and helpful staff. Car park was modern and secure. This was my first time so I don't know whether it was a fluke but I didn't wait more than 5 mins for the transfer in either direction. Would certainly use again

we rang from airport and after half an hour rang again were told we missed bus we were not delayed coming out!!! why when they missed us the first time did they not return until a second phone call?? did you not keep record of who rang and who returned we had in all to wait 45min not sure will book again

The service as a whole was excellent. My only complaint is in regards to the transfer back from the airport to the car park. It is a bit of a free for all when the bus arrives to collect you, and can cause arguments between the tired travellers! I think you should introduce a system so that each person is allocated a specific bus, to avoid the arguments and the possibility of having to split up parties between buses.

Great facilities, drop car off outside Q parking check in, (they then take it away and park it for you). After check in there was a smart mini bus waiting to take me to the terminal straight away. Probably quicker than onsite parking, without the hassle of waiting for a bus. Only slight let down was a 15 - 20 minute wait at the bus stop when I returned, but I was probably spoilt by the immediate transfer when I dropped the car off!

This was the fisrt time we used the service. The directions to the parking were clear and on arrival the reception was friendly and efficient. Once we had checked in the minibus arrived to take us to the terminal within five minutes. On our return we telephoned the number given and the minibus arrived promptly. The car was waiting for us outside the reception having been garaged under cover during our stay. Excellent service we would definitely use you again next time we depart from Heathrow.

A thoroughly professional organisation. Clean, smart, moden, friendly and with super-quick transfers to/from the close-by terminal. A million light-years ahead of the other company I have used up until now. I will not condsider using any other company from now on.

Q Park was very easy to locate and enter. The drop off is adjacent to the reception. Booking in was painless and the transport being modern and clean took us straight to Heathrow arriving in under 10 minutes. The return process was equally good with the car ready for us in the same conditon we had left it. All in all an excellent service and tremendous value for money. Highly Commended!!

The pick up point for terminal 1 is exposed to the elements with no possibility of finding shelter. It is necessary to cross a road to get to it. There was a delay of at least 30 minutes between our phone call and the arrival of a minibus - if it had been raining we wpould have been soaked. The minibus only arrived after we had phoned a second time to enquire why there had been a delay of over twenty minutes We feel that at the least proper shelter should be provided att he pick up point

Could not fault the service supplied by Q-park. Transit to airport first class, quick response on return from holiday. Only small glitch is that a sign still exists from Q-park BEFORE you actually get to the correct parking (but that could have been my wife's directions!!

Two difficulties - the first is minor but I would suggest that you indicate more explicitly that on arrival one will have to go through a barrier before registration. The second was more major. I speicifically said I was at terminal 2 but was given the bus stop for collection for terminal 1 and if I hadn't phoned again after a long wait, I would probably still be there. Basic human error I know but unfortunate at the end of a long journey and with an elderly relative in tow. Also there was a fight at Heathrow near where he had to wait which made the whole experience really bad - until the police and then eventually your pick-up coach arrived.

The setup is good, and it ought to offer an excellent experience - we saw this part on our outbound journey. On the return, despite phoning as we collected our baggage, we waited 40 minutes for the bus and phoned after 30 minutes to be told the inevitable 'its on its way'. I accept that the traffic can be chocka at LHR at times but it took over 15 mins to drive from the terminal (T2) to the carpark. An hour from luggage carousel to the car is just too long - I could have walked it in less. Nice idea for a parking outfit, but not quite carried off.

I have to say the overall experience was fanastic having antisocial flights in both directions. The transfer to and from Heathrow were conducted in a timely and professional manner enabling a great start and finish to a hard earned break. Would recommend without hesitation.

We were lucky that both outbound and inbound there was transport within five minutes. Staff were courteous and the drop off and pick up took less than five minutes. The free newspaper was useful to take on the plane - nice touch. Fortunately a previous customer had noted the tight bend just beyond the entrance barrier so we were aware of that - could cause a problem for larger cars. Not the cheapest but appears to have been value for money. Will use again without hesitation.

It took a little while to get through on the a telephone to request a pick up. (About five unanswered calls, due to busy office at 7.00am). Would suggest that a voice message be considered to explains why contact can not be made and then giving an 0800 number to telephone, as many customers arriving at Heathrow may not have sufficient change for a second call etc. Hve already recommended your service to relatives, friends and associates.

The Q Park was easy to find and the booking in procedure was quickly done. The transfer to the airport was quick and easy. The return journey was also very quick with little time wasted waiting for the pick up coach. We were on our way within minutes of arriving back at the Park

when returning after a 12 hour delay caused by the Phuket aircraft disaster the compamy were happy to charge me an extra £9.70 for the excess parking charge until I complained that it was nice to hear that they were making money at the expense of dead people when they eventually waived it but the employees attitude stunk to put it mildly.
