Staff were friendly.

After calling I waited approximately 30-40 minutes to be picked up after a long flight. This is unacceptable.

We would certainly use this parking service again when using Heathrow Airport.

Would be Ok but you shouldn't return cars covered in dust!

The outfit does not seem well organised and does not seem to appear professional.

Convenient and cheaper than a lot of other parking companies. Car was very dirty upon return and took 30 mins + from phoning to be picked up to arrival of mini bus.

On arrival there were a few cars in the reception area including a food cart - not clear where to park car for the drop off. Someone however quickly checked to see which terminal I was going to because a shuttle was leaving for terminal 1,2,3 right away. I was going to terminal 4 and Heathrow Economy Parking did that run in a separate shuttle about 10 minutes later. On my return I needed an additional day and it was handled easily by paying for one extra day at their normal rate which is quite good. The return shuttle can take up to 20 minutes for pickup but I got lucky because someone else had already called for the shuttle before me and I had a 2 minute wait before the shuttle showed up. Overall very happy with my experience.

Up to the very moment when I returned to Heathrow everything was perfect: cheap, easy to find, quick and frequent transfers to go and to come back. But back at the parking, the guys had "misplaced" my car keys and it took them 20 minutes to find them. The attendant seemed genuinely concerned, but all he could do is shuffle lots of keys looking for a card with my name on it. In the end, it turned out my card and another customer's had been swapped.

Good experience; will use again and recommend to friends.

No nonsense place to put cars. I was a little concerned about the lack of a security qualification, but they've always been friendly.

No fuss, no frills service - did the job well and provides good value parking whilst being reasonably close to Heathrow Airport.

Good, basic value for money service. Only hitch was that car wasn't ready on our return. Appeared to be an oversight rather than the norm.

Ideally placed if you arrive at Heathrow via the M25 from the South as you would drive past the car park to get to other car parks or the terminals. I have used twice now and this is now my car park of choice.

Not bad value for money although the facilities at the car park are certainly on the "economy" side.

The car park was on my way to Heathrow, being located within easy reach of Junction 14 of the M25 and thus ideal for those of us who travel to Heathrow from the West using the M3/M25. Only minor problem was that it was difficult to identify the Economy Parking name on the pick up coach. Very straightforward check in and check out. Pick up from Heathrow Airport was quick. Overall, Economy Parking provided good value for money and an efficient service.

A great hassle free service, convenient for M25 and Heathrow. We would definately use Economy Parking facility again.

Good service, could be cheaper but then again all car parks at Heathrow Airport could!
