We parked with Economy Parking for 5 days, flying from Terminal 1. Transfer was probably about 15 min. If you are flying from T4 (or T5 once it's open) the transfer will be much faster. The staff was very friendly even at 11pm and transfers to and from the terminal were arranged very promptly. We would use them again in the future.

The biggest problem I had, and your staff did not understand my point at all, is that the post code given on your web site for the car park was incorrect. I navigated to find it using a sat nav device which works on UK postcodes, and I was taken to a carpark in Staines instead of to the correct location. One digit or letter in the code given in my e-mail confirmation. (I no longer have it, so I am unable to be specific) I know there were alternative directions given, but customers should not need to double check, and once I was in the wrong place it was too late to download the map from the website!

Affordable parking in a convenient location if coming clockwise round the M25. I wouldn't park a brand new car here because the dust totally smothers your car when you get back. We had to wait 15 mins for a bus to take us to T4 but transfer time is quick (10 mins). On the way back was worse - we had to wait 20 minutes for the bus to arrive then another 10 mins waiting for other passengers to turn up. Also, don't expect any help with your luggage. The driver will happily sit in his seat while you have to open the rear door and hoist your own luggage in.

Drop off was ok. Pick up was diabolical. At 7.00pm on a Sunday, despite knowing exactly when we were arriving they didn't have a bus to collect us. They told us the wait would be 15 to 20 mins, but actually took 45 mins. The driver then answered 3 calls on his hand held mobile phone, driving with one hand most of the way. When we got to the parking, they gave us the keys to someone else's Mercedes. And when we pointed out that it wasn't our car, they asked us if we could see ours anywhere as they didn't know where it was.

The site could do with a bigger and certainly better lit sign, especially as it is on a one-way road and if you happen to miss it, you need to go around again. Irritating at one level and more so if you are running late. Once in the gate,some confusion as to where to go so again signposts would help. This is not just a problem for those leaving their cars but apparently also for the drivers with one going in clockwise the other anti-clockwise, and not enough room to pass!

Only spotted the entrance on my second circuit. Somewhat surly reception and the general ambiance of the site shrieked "economy" - BUT the tranfers to and from T2 could not have been more prompt especially as I was the only passenger on both trips and that, after all, is what counts.

The Service both to and from the airport was very good, however on collection the car was covered in brick dust on my return (probably due to the fact that there was a building site close by) Apart from that I was totally satisfied with the service you provided and would recommend your company to other persons I know who travel from LHR

For anyone looking for cheap parking close to the M25 this car park offers excellent value for money. The car park does look a little seedy being next to a concrete recycling yard... but my car was NOT covered in dust after a three week trip away. As long as they maintain their current prices 40% less than most other car parks I will be using them in the future.

The transfer to Heathrow was awful. The driver gave no assistance with cases, and mounted the path throwing us all about. On the return the driver was more than helpful and drove with consideration. The position of the car park was very easy to access and the instructions on how to get there were excellent.

After arriving at tghe park, we had to wait nearkly 30 minutes for a bus to take us to Terminal 2. On return to Heathrow, the bus arrived to pick us up at Terminal 2 about 20 minutes from our call , then dropped off at Terminal 3, picked up at Terminal 1 and then went back to Terminal 2 again for another pick up. I know this won't appear on your website or win the prize.

Excellent value for money, transfer time to/from the airport was prompt. The only problem was the lack of signposting from the main road, I drove around twice before I found it, would still use it again though.

The staff have absolutely no interest in the customer. They were dismissive at every stage. The drivers have no regard for the care or comfort of their passengers and absolutely no courtesy was shown to us. We would never ever use this company again.

Generally good value for money. Transfer prompt, car ready and waiting near the office on return. A good wash needed however as vehicle plastered with dust by our return!

Car park near to terminal. Not far to walk from car drop off to coach. Friendly relaxed staff, no fancy procedures. Quick transfer. Phone answered quickly on arrival. Bus arrived within 10 minutes as stated. Walk from term 3 to 2 the only bugbear, but not your fault. Thanks for good service, will definitely use again.

Arriving from Central London, it was difficult to find the car park. The entrance was off a roundabout, but there were no signs when approaching from the airport, only from the M25. The map printed off the web site was inadequate and gave only directions from the M25. I think in future I will park closer to the airport, even if it does cost more money. It took us an hour from leaving the M4 to finding the car park; if we had an A-Z we may have found it sooner.

I got to the car park early, about 3.00am, to find the office closed and in darkness. I had to rattle the door to obtain some attention. The next shuttle was to depart at 3.30am, but at 3.35 the driver hadn't appeared, so I again had to rattle doors. On my return the whole operation went smoothly.

The staff were all surely and customer care was appalling not so much as a hello. Additionally there were no giudelines as to the procedure of setting down and picking up. "It's on the ticket mate" I will not be returning - you only get one chance to make a first impression.

A really good quick transport to and from airport with mininmum waiting time. Exceelent help with luggage on and off the transport. Surface of the park leaves a bit to be desired - rather rough and with large puddles. Staff at park are helpful but rather sullen and difficult to understand because of thickly accented English

A little trouble finding it - not brilliantly signed. Efficient reception and transfer. Pick up and return to car also efficient. Car covered in layer of dust from neighbouring building materials plant. Loose stone parking surface. Cheap price - you get what you pay for.

Your staff are friendly and very helpful, and came to collect us as soon as they could. This was the first time we had parked with you and were a bit worried about our car, but verything was fine. Please could you make it more obvious how many miles the car may be drifen while we are away?
