Good value for money. Just remember this is a cheapo economy service and you do get what you pay for. I will use again.

We had to wait for the transfer to the airport, staff wasn't very warm, but it was 5h30 am ;) They are well organized, they give you a receipt with all the references you need and the bus stop where to go for your return. On the opposite the transfer from the airport was very quick, nice surprise arriving to the parking, our car was parked 1st row, that was very convenient. I would say worth the money, staff can try to be a bit more welcoming.

Based on my first experience, a hassle free way to park for the airport so would definitely use Heathrow Economy Parking again.

Thought it would have been better to be advised that the gates 'might' be locked for early arrivals? Caused a slight panic @ 3.00 a.m.

I was a bit disappointed that I had to go and find my car on return - the staff did know where it was, but it would have been good to have had it ready at the front of the building - especially since it was raining - there was plenty of time to have done this.

Got back to UK and had no idea how to contact you or where to get the bus, no direct line to you on my email either and no terminal 3 pick up, so more than a bit disappointed because all else good.

Sign-posting into car park is not good, so we missed the turning. As it is a dual carriageway it meant going on to next roundabout and back to the previous one in order to approach the car park again. Otherwise efficient and no problems. Would use again.

Probably won't use them again. The waiting at the airport spoiled the whole experience.

The pickup was too slow - 2 young children waiting in rain for 3/4 hour was not acceptable.

No help offered to load bags, one passenger asked a simple question of the driver and got a rude and aggressive reply.

Efficient booking-in process. Not long to wait for transport in or out - and there was only the two of us. Arrival at Terminal 3 meant we had to get to Terminal 2 for pickup but this is not a problem.

Directions were difficult to follow and staff attitude didn't help when they were called for directions.

We arrived early, but the car park attendent did not come to the gate until after our booking-in time. By this time there were 4 cars waiting. He had been sat in the office looking through the window at us. When he did come out, he told us "the car park is full and go away!" There were a total of 4 cars all together. All of us had paid in full. He eventually give us a telephone number to ring and we were told to take our cars there. We were not given a map or any directions. The car park attendent spoke very poor English and was rude in his manner. I will not use or recommend this car park to anyone.

The other car parks seem to have buses turning up every ten minutes. It took a while to realise that Heathrow Economy parking was the only car park where you actually need to phone up?

No system was in place for people that had checked in, waited for third bus till we boarded, people jumped in front of others to board. Transfer man was great on way out. On return it was a brilliant service, didn't wait too long and car was well placed near the drop off point.

The courtesy coach was only licensed to carry eight and there was more than eight people waiting on both journeys.

Easy in, Easy out, No hanging about. No delays on transfer buses. No complaints. I would use Economy Parking again.

Easy procedure, minibus was waiting and transferred us to Heathrow airport straight away, good value.
