I was actually transferred to Pink Elephant so no real comments. However customer service staff, Liam in particular, were very efficient.

Transfer of booking to Pink Elephant made the experience even better.

Easy to find, reasonably cheap but you get what you pay for. Don't expect to enjoy a hassle free fast process.

Overall an excellent service with fast pick-up. Would use you again.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at the car park (at approx. 4.15am!), we were told that they were full and had to use an alternative car park by Terminal 4. This had the knock on effect of making us late as we had to find the car park, get the transfer to Terminal 4 and then catch the train to our Terminal (which also involved a lot of walking!!). Both the booking agent and HEP had our contact details, but failed to notify us in advance of their over booking the car park.

On the day I arrived with my car, I was initially told that there was no space for my car, even though I had pre-booked. I found that disconcerting. Also, when I returned, I had to stand the whole journey back to the car park from the terminal as there were no seats left in the transfer bus. That being said, the price of your parking is very good and the transfers to and from the airport were regular and fairly fast. If I could be certain that I am guaranteed a place to park the car when I next book, then I would be happy to use you again and recommend you to friends/family.

Had to wait a long time to get a transfer to the airport and when being picked up the driver seemed like he was unhappy with the work he does so in my opinion the staff should have some basic dealing with the customer training.

From the moment we arrived at car park we felt everything was in control. Reception made us feel special, and even had time to enquire about our forthcoming holiday which was an added touch. Coach driver very helpful taking our bags, smooth ride to Airport, with simple and clear instructions. Well Done. We travel a lot and were most impressed with your company, and will not hesitate to use you again. Thank you from the Chapman Family.

We arrived with two and a half hours to get our flight to Paris at 6 in the morning. We were told with no explanation that it was full. We were given vague directions to another car park. This put us under enormous stress at the start of the holiday. We were then transfered to terminal 4 and got the train to T2. A bad start to our holiday. Thankfully we got our flight but we'd never use this car park again. We'd welcome your thoughts on this matter.

Somehow, I did not manage to find the parking area straight away, but did eventually. It was a little frantic when we arrived and the waiting area was very smoke laden which detracted from the wait for transport somewhat. However, on balance it was a reasonable experience.

An easy location to get to with good access to the airport. Could do with some polish.

The car park is easy to get to with very short transfer times - brill.

Very easy to find. Immediate transfers. We were quickly back on the road and straight on the motorway on the way home. Thanks.
