I would use them again.

You get what you pay for!

We were kept waiting over an hour for our return transfer to collect our car. Despite SIX calls during which I was called a liar i.e. I hadn't called before, the bus had been, we weren't there, we'd given the wrong terminal... none of which was true. My wife and I strongly advise all to avoid these people like the plague. We are considering legal action, they ruined our weekend.

Arrived at the parking venue without any problems. Clear map directions. On arrival the car park didn't look too appealing. Didn't appear to be a fully tarmacadam surface. Went into the booking office and was informed that as the car park was full I would be upgraded to the Park and Fly car park for terminal 4 departures. (I had previously used this before). This was excellent, so I could not fault my booking.

Not a good experience, long delays before we were taken to airport, no help from the driver with 5 bags, good timing of pick up on return but minimal service at arrival or departure - very much a budget option which I wont be repeating.

The whole system was straightforward and efficient and all staff were helpful and friendly. All services provided as stated.

My first experience was extremely good, the staff were helpful and prompt.

Very efficient - hardly any wait for transfer to airport and in spite of not following instructions and calling for transport from airport there was virtually no wait for our car on return.

Although very basic site, it was easy to find and was value for money and the transfer buses were very prompt.

Advertised as transfers every 15 mins. Arrived at 4am, next transfer at 4.45 despite a driver being available. On returning from my trip was picked up in reasonable time. however we then went to terminals 1,2 and 3 twice each taking over an hour to return to the car park. This was due to poor comunication between the driver and the office which passengers could hear giving an unprofessional impression of the company.

The transfer service was dreadful. Waited 30 mins for transfer to terminal then 40 mins for transfer back.

Completely hassle free!

I found the cost reasonable and it was very, very convenient not to rely on public transport OR having to pay through your nose.
