A normal off-airport car parking service was really spoiled by the sullen unhelpful attitude of the coach/transfer driver. Contrary to drivers of other car parking companies that we have used, he just sat in the driving seat and watched his customers - some quite elderly - struggle to get their suitcases up the steps into the vehicle, and then on arrival did the same thing!!!
