Apart from the inconvenience due to building work preventing being picked up at terminal 3 pick up and drop off very good. Would use Heathrow Economy Parking again due to cheap rate compared to other car parks around.

We were very impressed with the night staff, extremely helpful. Were very disappointed with the afternoon staff, we waited over an hour to be picked up when we were told 5-10 mins! Also when we asked for dierections out, they didn't want to know and just wanted us to leave. Would not use again.

Great 24 hour car park facilities. Transfers every 10 minutes. Terminals only 10 minutes away. Apart from roadworks stopping us being picked up at the correct terminal building, we were happy with the service.

On arriving at the car park was told of delay since since only 2 of 3 buses were working. Told delay would be no more than 20 mins. In the end I waited 40mins and due to unexpected traffic on route nearly missed my plane. Transfer back occurred with moderate wait. All other aspects of the service were very good and the price reasonable. I probably just had an unlucky experience with the transfer to the airport.

Overall, I felt the service offered by Heathrow Economy Parking was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

Late pick-up from airport. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Nobody around when we arrived at the carpark. Our keys were left on the caravan step for anyone to take. We had to walk around and find our car in what was not far short of a field. We are in the process of claiming our money back.

Very good overall. Parking surface looked a little worn. Check-in area was quite small with limited seating (it was a cold morning). Awning over check in area could be a little larger. Otherwise excellent value. I will use your facility again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

A no frills, but satisfactory service. If you want 5 star services, expect to pay for it. If you want value, use Heathrow Economy Parking.

I was happy with the service provided. An improvement might a cleaning service and cover service (to keep the muck off !). Otherwise I was pleased and didn't feel ripped off. Thank you.

Waited 30 mins for a transfer to airport and 40 mins to get back but was informed when calling it would be 15 mins, had i known i could of gone for a coffee hence when transfer eventually arrived i was freezing. When arriving back to car park found i had a puncture from bad surfaces i think, then had another 3 days later!

The Service was good, we arrived at 04.30 and car park attendant opened up immediately and within a short while we were on our way to airport. On return, telephoned once we had our luggage and had a short wait outside before being picked up. Car was waiting for us to drive away at the depot - would definitely use again. Thanks.

I have parked with these people for years. The hardest thing is trying to keep track of what they are called as ownership keeps changing. We regulars are a club. Booking online is great and I will continue to use them in preference of all other parking lots.

Earlier, more official looking signposts would help. The state of the building does not inspire confidence even if the service is good. Toilets dodgy. However I was happy with the package as a whole. The price - service balance was for me the most imortant thing. However, to create confidence for new customers some things should look more inviting, more proffessional - but this might push up the price - although it should not.

I was upgraded to business parking due to demand, but wasn't that impressed - that still was a bus journey. Thankfully not too traumatic, even on Xmas Day. Would use this service again.
