There were two people manning the car park, a recptionist and a driver, when we arrived at 02:50 on 04/03/2007, both of them were fast asleep and only our persistance in knocking on the doors woke them up. Apart from that they were friendly enough and we got to the airport in pleanty of time. To spite this I will be using them again as it is very close to Heathrow, good value for money and my car appeared to be well looked after, with no additional mileage etc.

the service and facilities were OK bearing in mind your only paying to park your car. Access from the M25 is easy and the car park is well sign posted and easy to find. The only negative is that you have to walk from terminal 3 across to terminal 2 after a long flight to then be collected by the courtsey bus to be driven back to collect your car.

It does look like a builders yard but you dont have to walk in the puddles as you hand over your car under a concreted canopy. The buses are old but you are only on them for 10 mins. We didn't have the long wait on our return which other reviewers refer to. Not bad overall

Overall it is the cheapest parking available, is secure, has professional controls over the site, have a number of buses that are comfortable and prompt in their arrival. It does what it says on the tin. I would recommend this service - it's off junction 14 of M25 not the M4 turn.

From booking and locating the parking to transfer and customer service, it was a smooth experience. Overall it was great.

Excellent on outward journey. On return had to wait almost 30 mins for coach in pouring rain at 10.00p.m. - it took longer than baggage collection! Area around collection office very rough and full of deep puddles. Had to find own car, lighting not great.

Seemed chaotic on arrival, which was a bit unnerving but was soon sorted, keys left and transported to airport. The real pain was not being picked up at Terminal 3 but having to trail the endless route with all our luggage, through to T2 after a 14 hour flight! Was tired, grumpy and unimpressed. however, we were soon picked up and on arrival back at the car park, our car was waiting for us on the front row. Well done for that.

first prob was when we arrived at the economy parking which was full no spaces left so we were redirected to courtlands at their expence well that was trouble free and we got to airport i time. After a long 13 hour flight home from hong kong and arriving in darkness we phoned for a bus and that arrived when they said it would got back to courtlands car was there ready and waiting we had a quick check for body dammage all ok jumped in drove off stopped about half hour later was light then to find the whole car interior and seats covered in mouse droppings from a rodent infestation things in the car were chewed etc we could not believe it the only explanation is that the carpark must have a rodent problem but to get in there surely they must have left a door ajar or window open or something. not very happy. i will use a more expensive BAA car park next time.

Very disappointed and will not be using this car park ever again when we arrived at our car after going from terminal 3 to 2 to meet driver we arrived at our car to find it had a puncture staff were very unhelpful we had flown from New Zealandand were very tired.

Good transfers to and from the terminal but on return make sure you ask where your car is parked.They didn't offer this information and we had to ask. I would assume that as they don't bring the car to the office for you to drive away, then they would at least point you in the right direction.

I've come away with the impression that the drivers and the person on the central switchboard do not really know how to give or follow instructions. The driver of the bus did not make it clear that he wanted the travellers to follow him to the bus which was parked far away from the office entrance. My driver continuously kept forgetting what terminal he was supposed to be driving to, which does not make for a very confident opinion of the journey to the airport.

We arrived tired from a flight from LAX. The van came promptly,but was very dirty. The driver gave no help with the luggage, and we had to lift it up stairs. At the other end the staff didn't show us where the car was, and my husband had to look for it in the car park - very different from our experiences with other places. I would not use this car park again, and would rather take the bus.

When we arrived back at heathrow i phoned the company and they said a minibus would pick us up in 20 mins...... the bus did indeed drive past us after about 20 mins but did not stop ! After repeated calls to the company we were finally collected after waiting for 1 hour 10 mins in the cold . They could not explain what had happened and i am still waiting for a response from them after filling in a complaint form.

overall,despite the good price i don't think i will use them again. the receptionist was really grumpy when first checking in which is not what you need at 0700 in the morning. the whole car parking area looks a bit ramshackle and the area outside reception could do with improvement as there was too much surface water after rain thus making unloading and subsequent reloading of luggage difficult. the bus was rather old although the driver was curteous and helpful with our luggage. same old story - you get what you pay for.

First class service. Whilst the quality of the coach was only average and the car park in need of attention the reception was courteous and efficient and the transfer to and from the airport was achieved speedily with little or no waiting. I have used far more expensive operators with poorer service. Would certainly use Economy Parking again.

We arrived with lots of luggage including 2 pairs of skis. The transfer bus was waiting and only a slight niggle, we were not helped with getting it on the bus - rather hurried. But the service was efficient and it was on a good side of the airport for me. Would use it again.

Staff were lethargic and unhelpful and appeared unhurried in getting me to my flight. On return very long wait to be picked up - dirty transfer vehicle and surley unhelpful driver. Car park surface not tarmaced hence muddy with lots of puddles - staff vague about location of vehicle. Not an experience I wish to repeat.

The person on the desk when we arrived was very unwelcoming and hardly spoke a word. The coach ride was very uncomfortable. The staff on our return were very helpful, the driver helped us off with our luggage and was very polite. There was another person behind the desk with a totally different attitude. When our car wouldn't start they were there with leads to get us started, excellent. The car park surface was poor and very potholed.

It was more like a piece of waste land than a car park - lots of pot-holes and puddles. Pretty basic but quickly booked in and transferred to Heatrow in about 10 minutes. Basic van but it got us there OK. Van waiting when we returned and back to pick up our car without delay. Excellent value for money.

The driver of the transfer vehicle was most bad mannered, he just told people to get off as there was no room, the car park was full of holes and muddy rain water which you had to trudge through to board vehicle, we waited a long time at Heathrow to be picked up after our holiday, i suppose if you only pay £45 parking from thurs to monday this is the level of service you have to expect, next time we will get our transfer from a nearer car park and pay more money.
