Easy to park vey close to terminal 1. Will use again. Although we did wait quite a while for the coach to arrive when coming home.

I was most impressed by the service. When we arrived all went smoothly and the transfer was made very quickly. The same goes for the return; our connection was made very quickly and best of all my car was kept in excellent condition. Thank you, I shall use Heathrow Economy Parking again soon.

On return, although the pickup was from Terminal 2, using the underground route from T3 is convenient and doesn't take that much time. Outside customs, as suggested, phoned to request transfer and it arrived 12 min later, shortly after we reached the pickup point.

The compound was very easy to find. Booking in and getting to the airport was a breeze as was the return trip. The only downside is the car was very dusty... but we can wash our cars can't we? The staff were polite. We didn't have to wait long for the bus (in both directions). Will use again.

We found the parking easily, were speedily checked in and within five minutes were in the mini-bus heading to our Terminal, even though we were the only passengers. My muddy car did not object to the dust from Terminal 5's building works, and it was a security device - nobody would want my dirty little car! On our return we waited to telephone until we had reached the pick-up point, as we were not sure how long it would take to find. Another time we would ring from inside the terminal - it was quite near, and it was very noisy outside. The minibus came in about tem minutes - there were several pick-ups from other terminals. It was good to see our car ready fror us just by the office, and we were soon heading for the M25 and M3.

The service met all my needs at less cost than the competitors.

Easy to find, quick transfer on departure and return, reasonable price.

Very easy to find off the M25, especially important as I am a lone driver. They were quite happy about transferring me at 2.30 am. The car was waiting for me by the gate on my return.

Car park very easy to find not having to go on M4 with all the heavy traffic. Staff very polite and efficient. Coach journey nice and short.

Only downside to the parking experience was that my husband lost his mobile phone on the courtesy bus from the airport... but not the fault of the parking company of course.

This car park is probably one of the best I have ever used, because it is very easy to find, its a small car park so you park outside the office and check in and the car park staff do everything else, they then help you with you luggage onto the mini bus and off you go, and when you return you pick you luggage up and ring them and you never have to wait long and they are there, very efficient indeed.

I was not Happy with the length of time for the bus to pick me up. Also The walk from Terminal 3 to 2 Also on arrival no one was in the customer service hut to give me my keys i had to wait 5 minutes in the time anyone could have stolen my keys and everyone else's. Also I felt the bus driver was ignorant and unhelpful when he could clearly see I had my hand in a hand brace and offered no assistance.

Absolutely the rudest people I have dealt with in my entire life. Notwithstanding that the transfer bus was disgustingly filthy - and never arrived to fetch me when I landed.

We found the service efficient and were very pleased with it and will use them again.

Absolutely fine except for two points: a) my car was absolutely filthy, covered in building dust on my return after four days. b) the door on the courtesy bus wasn't wide enough for my wheelchair so I had to take it apart to get it on board.

Great price and no problems with the drop off, but combination of having to take your luggage from T3 to T2 followed by a long wait for the bus was an unpleasant addition to the already unpleasant Heathrow arrival experience. Would only use again if travelling without the family.

I have been using Economy Parking for several years and feel that the service is improving whilst still remaining competitive. In the past you could wait 20-30 mins for a pick up but this is a far less frequent occurrence in recent times.

Overall fine. I use it regularly and generally happy. Be aware that the rate refers to a calender day not 24hrs from arrival.

Good, basic, no frills parking. 8 minute transfer to terminals. One point, they drop off at T3 but only pick up from T2 - the walk from T3 to T2 is a long one with luggage and kids etc. Apart from that there were no problems. The car was even ready for us in the forecourt rather than trying to find it in the dark.
