It's a no thrills car park facility, you shouldn't expect some sort of first class service, the bus service is basic but has to be said well ran, when I came back the bus service literally picked me up in 5mins after I rang them, the only thing I would say is perhaps the printed directions from the website for the car park should me made available for drivers who come from the M4 and not just M25.

On arrival we saw another car being driven at speed across the car park, stones and dust being sent into the air. The driver obviously had no respect for the car he was driving. I drive a london taxi and on leaving was unable to start my car. I realised that the 'For Hire' sign had been left on and was immediately suspicious that someone had been using my taxi or playing taxi drivers. We asked when the car had been moved to the front of the car park ready for us to collect and were told that the car had been moved the previous evening, so had obviously started then. It was obvious to us that a member of staff had been playing with the taxi. It took an hour before we were able to start the car and leave. As a result my wife was late returning to work. I would never use this facility again, even though it was very cheap.

Found the place easily with Tom Tom One. Arrival was easy, straightforward, fuss-free. Transfer bus left for T1 within 3 minutes. Transfer from T1 on return within 15 minutes. Checked out of car park and on my way within 90 seconds. Cannot comment on security - not obvious.

Did just what it said on the packet: I was particularly impressed by not having to hang around at all for the transfer bus either outward (where I was the only passenger)or on the return (where the bus was waiting for me. Could have done with a smile and a little more direction from the reception but the bus drivers provided the fine levels of helpfulness and civility one has come to expect from recent European migrants.

We found you easily, booking and I did phone ref. the security and check in times which were before I had said, I was told no problem arrive earlier. The drivers were very helpful with cases. The whole set up from booking to arrival and collection very impressive. will be back wl

After parking our car, the trip to the airport terminal by the bus provided was effectuated in abot ten minutes- very efficient. Upon our return, however, we had to wait more than 40 minutes for the bus to come to the terminal and pick us up. It soon became apparent that the bus operator was simply waiting for enough passengers to make the trip worthwhile, and it wasn't until 6 more customers for Economy Parking were at the terminal bus stop that the bus turned up. Next time I will probably use one of the bigger companies that have a faster throughput of customers.

Very efficient in both receiving and having the car ready upon return, quick to respond in pick up on return journey from the terminal, as well as getting us there in the first place. Easy location to find by the aid of the directions provided. Thanks, we will definately use you again and also will recommend you to others.

The most pleasing aspect was the pick-up from Terminal 1. We were asked to wait just 5 minutes, and indeed the bus duly arrived. Leaving for the airport was frustrating as we were sitting on the bus for some 15 minutes before it departed. Overall we were well satisfied and would certainly use them again.

Car park area was nothing special but was close to airport, easy to find, and appeared fenced and 'secure'. Coach to terminal was modern and comfortable but traffic in and around Heathrow such that journey time is lengthy. Will avoid H'row like the plague in future.

I've been using this car park for about 15 years, though it has changed hands a few times. It is still excellent value for money. There can be quite long waits for the buses (up to 30 minutes) at peak times and during difficult operating times for the airport.

Transfer times not quite at the level advertised as I had to wait about ten minutes for the bus each way. This still was extremely good value and well worth considering.

I stated 5 passengers for collection, but only 4 seats available in car provided.(Kia Sedona, I think) We had 3 cases, hand luggage and a folding pushchair. My youngest son had to sit on his mothers lap. the driver stated to control, though, that he had picked only 4 people up. we were too tired to say anything at the time, having returned overnight from America. I had presumed that a bigger vehicle would have come for 5 people. 5 adults would not have fitted.

We found this very hard to find if you were coming from anywhere except the M4. The map did not make sense and did not seem to scale. When we arrived, already late, there was a queue of 8 people trying to check in, one operator, and one full bus. Some people only had half an hour to catch their flight, and part of that time was required for the transfer. Eventually we were given a 4 seater coach to take 4 of us who were late, the driver tried to drop us at Arrivals, not Departures, as he was already late for his Arrivals pick up. There was a solid queue of traffic so we insisted he drop us straight to departures, which was clear. This he did reluctantly. Regrettably we will not be using economy parking again.

We arrived at terminal 3 after a 24hr trip, when we called the car park to be picked up, we were told to make our way to terminal 2. After a long trip that is the last thing you want to be doing. I think it would be better to pick people up at the terminal they arrive at. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed the Jaguar emblem was missing from my key fob, I informed the office attendant who was more interested in watching the tv, reading his paper and eating his crisps than actually helping me. After a cursory look in the safe he seamed to run out of ideas as to what to do about it.

when we arrived unsure what to do the staff weren't helpful or friendly. the desk worker didn't advise me what ot do on our return except to say we had to get to terminal 2. i had to ask questions about transport to the airport and despite the fact that we had 6 bags the driver didn't offer to help lift then into or out of the bus. the return journey was much better, the driver was helpful and friendly but we had to wait approx 35 mins for transport.

Rapid book in and transfer to airport, Approx 15mins at bus stop on return but very helpful driver loaded and unloaded cases, unasked, which was appreciated as I am unable to lift heavy items and my wife struggled on the outward transfer.Not much evidence of parking security, but have used them before without problems.

Our keys were lost by the staff, left in another customer's vehicle. It took two and a half hours to get a hire car for us to drive home, which was not a welcome experience given we had spent eight hours overnight on a plane and just wanted to go home. We then had to come back (a four hour round trip) to pick up our car when the keys were located. We were given a refund, however. Won't be going back.

A basic but efficient service. I was very satisfied with ease of finding the site and rate of transfer to the terminal. Don't expect luxurious facilities! We waited about 10 minutes for our transfer outside terminal 4 which was what we expected. Car was waiting for us when we arrived at site. If you are looking for basic parking I would recommend this option.

I found difficulty in finding one essential sign post on the way in (very dark night), but on arrival every thing was quick and efficient. Had to wait 30 mins for the return transport but afterwards the journey was quick and our car ready waiting beside the checkout office.

The return driver turned up in a new bus which was great, but then drove like a maniac back to the car park, a bit of an unnecesary experience!
