it is so good to just drop off the car right at departures and have your car waiting there when you get home. Great value for money, cheaper than airport parking and totally hassle free.

We appreciated being able to leave the car at the airport door and transfer directly, with luggage, into departures. Please refer to the Valet parking signage in your directions - it would have been a help for someone who had not used this entrance before.

Email confirmation does not have the terminal they are expecting you at - and when I phoned to say we were half hour away they didn't ask who I was or which terminal we were going to. Only that the drivers for 9am pick-up were on their way. So when we got to Terminal 5 there was no driver there for us. He had gone to T4. Fortunately we were early so the half hour wait we had for him to get to T5 didn't impact us - but it could have done. Our return was fine - car at T5 waiting for us. We will certainly use this again - but will confirm the terminal before leaving!

Unfortunately my car was scratched & hence the driver was late to return on the day. Purple parking have since contacted me re the insurance etc to get it fixed. It would not stop me from using again.

All went very smoothly. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the terminal, and our car was ready waiting when we got back. It wasn't peak season, though, so it was quite quiet at the airport. Don't know if it would be this easy at busy times of year.

Read instructions before hand....it will save you some money paying for car parking you didn't need to! Staff friendly. 15 minute wait on returning but no real hardship.

No delays at either end. Staff waiting for us were friendly and efficient. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The driver was a little late returning the car but apologised & said he was held up in traffic. How to find the place to collect the car was not especially clear. The lift in the airport were not working so this did make things difficult. Overall a very good service though.

The drivers were extremely courteous and helpful. On both incoming and outgoing legs we experienced delays but the drivers were very understanding about it. Telephone staff were variable, one extremely good one and one not so good but overall a good experience and would be happy to repeat

The guy collecting the car on our leaving the country was extremely courteous and helpful. On return our car was waiting and ready, despite the fact that we had to wait 45 minutes for luggage, which was obviously a bit a of a bind for the driver waiting, apologies but Heathrow luggage handlers obviously only have one speed, dead slow!

This was the first time I have tried a meet and greet service and I was a bit scepticle,especially so after watching a disturbing report on airport parking on Watchdog a few days before travelling. However,I can honestly say that this was the best airport parking service I have ever used,and all for a price LESS than the cost of taking the car to the car park myself!I hope the price for the meet and greet service remains comparable as I want to continue to use this excellent service. I am in my 50's and travel abroad 3-4 times a year.

On return from our hols the car was sitting waiting for us in the designated area outside departures at terminal 3 heathrow. how ever my outward journey was not quite so good as there seems to be no provisions for you arriving earlyer than stated . but in fairness they did manage to send someone to collect my car by the time that I had orrigionaly agreed. in total I would recomend this service as a good alternative to park and ride.

Having just seen an article on BBC Watchdog about another meet and greet operator, we were slightly concerned that we were letting ourselves in for a bad experience. We needn't have worried. Purple Parking Meet and Greet service was exceptional. The instructions upon booking were clear, the person you talk to as you're about to arrive at the airport was pleasant and clear with their directions and the man who was waiting for us to collect the car was exactly where they said he would be and wearing a proper recognisable uniform. When we returned from our holiday, they even offered to bring the car to a different terminal for us as we'd actually gone to the wrong terminal on the departure day! Again, when we went outside, the car was there waiting for us exactly where we were told. I will not hesitate to use Purple Parking Meet and Greet in the future.

My car was returned damaged, it has clearly been reversed into a fence and there are several heavy marks on the back of the car, with paint scraped off the bumper in several places. I raised this with the driver when the car was returned and since with the helpdesk but have received no reply back to date. I am currently trying to follow this up to understand how they will rectify the damage caused.

I have used this company a few times now and this a is a very good service at a very competitive price. This is a budget price - not a budget service.

I was suspicious about the relatively low price and the ease of the service that seemed to be offered but have returned now from my trip and everything was exactly as was promised. On time, good value, no messing about. Will not use any other method of parking again.
