For anyone travelling from the NE of Birmingham this was a very convenient site close to M45 yet avoiding rush hour congestion nearer to airport. Let the experienced local driver take the strain. Leaving the car & picking it up were quick & efficient. We have used many parks at different airports & this was great value for money & easy to use! the facilities seemed to be great at the drop off-pick up area.

I choose Birmingham mainly because of the lack of crowds and easy access. Parking is cheap compared to London. APH offer great value for money, are efficient although the transfer time is rather long. Allow at least 20 minutes!! And collection from the airport is slow. There is apparently a phone in baggage claim, but I asked and nobody knew where it was. I just called the domestic number on the ticket. Overall good.

My husband and myself were extremely pleased with the service provided by APH. We shall always use their services in future. Cannot say enough. Everything was very satisfactory; came off plane, rang to say we had arrived, and coach was ready outside. Thank you again, and will be booking soon. Just like to say that never had such a good deal for the price we paid. Thanks again for the pleasant service.

Excellent service and value for money, only ever having used parking at airports before I was a little apprehensive, but having now used APH I will be using them again. No messing around no waiting.

I waited for over 30 minutes for my transfer. This has become a theme for my last 3 uses with their company, and is getting to the point that i am unsure if i will continue to use their business.

A very good experience. The check-in took no longer than a minute, then straight onto the waiting bus. 5 minutes later we were on our way to the airport. Coming back was just as good.

Efficient service, called from free phone at airport upon return and coach was waiting outside after I cleared customs. Only downside is that the journey to/from the airport took 15 minutes in clear traffic and would potentially take a lot longer if there was an accident in the area (M6/M42 notorious congestion hotspot)

Great in every way. Could not ask for better service. Their staff A+ did not have to ask for anything it was there and waiting i.e keys paperwork coaches.In all a great service thanks.

Friendly efficient staff. Clean facility. Cheaper option. Transfer on outward journey excellent. Transfer on return journey took far too long and was very poor. Have an issue currently with a scratch on our car but the system to deal with this does seem very professional and we are awaiting outcome. Do not think I would use this facility again.

A very good experience, especially in terms of friendliness & efficiency. The parking is about 20 minutes from the airport & it is confusing that there are different buses for different coloured tickets.

The parking staff and the car park worked really well. We were able to find it easily and everyone was very helpful. The coach driver even loaded our luggage on for us. The picking up and dropping off went well. Just a pity it took a while to get to the airport, although this was not really a problem because we allowed plenty of time. We would definitely use it again.

If you don't know the area it can be quite difficult to find. There is no signpost to Coventry on the roundabout where it is supposed to be signposted - follow Coleshill instead. The location isn't ideal its a decent journey from the airport which was a hassle after arriving 5 hours late at 3am, but it was also a bonus that the bus was there waiting for us when we made it out of arrivals. It is like Fort Knox and manned 24 hours so there's little chance of your car getting stolen or broken into. However, I was concerned at the way the cars were packed in when we arrived and they had to move 3 cars to fit mine in, even though we'd pre-booked and I was worried about how much they'd move my car around and whether it would get dented in the process (probably paranoia though, my car was fine when I picked it up). If you wanted the cheapest secure parking possible and don't mind a bit of hassle then its good value for money.

We have used APH before in both Manchester and Gatwick. APh Birmingham didnt compare with either of the above, the staff are miserable and unhelpful, the car park is to far away from the terminal and no valeting service.

We even arrived back 24 hrs late due to our flight being cancelled by KLM and they did not charge us any extra.

Very happy with the facilities and the staff, will use these again if i fly from Birmingham.

Transfer to the airport was excellent. On way back it seems several flights arrived at the same time and some of our party got on the bus while others had to wait for the next one and everything appeared somewhat chaotic with traffic wardens moving the bus on and people having to run after it, their bags being already on!!

As above their customer service was brilliant & called me by my name when I dropped the car before I even gave them my details, and when i returned they again knew exactly who I was. I was very impressed & will definately use again & recommend to frieds & family.

I had a one way ticket to Tenerife and whilst I had booked parking on an approximate return date reception asked me to ring a date and flight No. when I knew. This I did at very little cost as the message was handled very efficietly and my car and keys where ready for me when I arrived back in UK Brilliant! I will come again.

When we arrived at the car park the staff were really friendly and helpfull and the bus that picks you up form the carpark was waiting for us as we approached. Overall the facilities were excellent and a really good price to park.
