Make sure you follow the directions given! I overlooked this and expected the car park to be next to the airport, it isn't. After following the instructions we arrived without any problems. When booking I didn't notice anything on the website to say what fees would be charged if the car was not picked up by the time & date mentioned, eg if the flight was delayed. Fortunately this was not an issue at the time of travelling. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

our car had a flat battery ,no need for us to call the rac aph staff kindly helped us by using a portable battery charger, this was very much appreciated, and helped to get us on our way,which helped not to spoil our holiday. Thank you for your help,and we will continue to use APHparking.

Used APH in August 2007, would definately use again, easy to find, very well organised although it was extremely busy when we arrived at 3.30am! Transfer on arrival back in UK to our car was quick and efficient, rang APH before collecting our cases and bus was there by the time we hads made our way outside. Would definately recommend.

Arrived at the gate, gate opened, directed to park by member of staff. Went into reception, paperwork already prepared, told to drop keys onto drivers seat and get onto the waiting bus. Process complete within about 3 minutes of arrival - very slick! On return, made call from airport - picked up within about 15 minutes. Arrived at APH, into reception picked up keys and direction on where car was parked. On the road within 5 minutes of arrival! Excellent value for money, very slick operation - I will definitely use this service again!

Easy to find the car park itself, and reception was friendly enough. Parked the car outside reception to unload by the transfer coach, they then moved it later. Coach was every fifteen minutes or so, so only that long to wait. Return was direct onto coach with minimum wait. Fifteen minutes later faced with slightly bored receptionist (03:00) but efficient enough. Then on our way home.

The only con is the distance from the airport, particularly given that this is often a very slow section of the M42. I live to the South West of the airport and find it particularly frustrating to drive past the airport in heavy traffic and then plough through the heavy traffic again in the bus. Everything else was faultless.

Very professional service from start to finish. Car park is well sited and easily located being just 2 or 3 minutes from junction 9 on The M.42. The car park appeared pretty secure with good fencing all round and security access gates. Very quick signing in at reception and just 2 or 3 minutes before bus left for airport with transfer time of approx 15 minutes. Luggage trolleys were available close to the drop off point which was a short walk to departures. 5 minute wait for bus to pick-up on return and another 10 minutes waiting for bus to depart so slightly longer for the return journey. Very quick service at reception collecting keys with a short walk to the car, being able to return for the luggage, although for someone travelling alone they would have to take it with them as luggage is not allowed in the office. Overall a very good service and one I am happy to recommend.

all the staff were friendly...bus driver very cheerful..we were 3 females travelling and the driver helped with our cases....some parking I have used the drivers will not help with luggage..waiting time for bus to and from the terminal was acceptable

As I was travelling alone I was very impressed with the driver who took me to the airport, he helped me with my luggage onto the bus, however on my return journey the bus driver was not helpful he didn't get out of the bus. The instructions to find the park were easy to follow and I arrived without losing my way, also it did not take long from getting on the bus to arriving at the airport.

Used Hams Hall Parking a few times now and staff are always friendly and service to and from the airport is great.Bus is clean inside and out and driver helped some more frail people with bags which i know they should not.Will always use APH when flying from Birmingham. 5Star .

I will use your service again despite my comments above. It is just annoying so late at night that people do not help those with children, and/or who have to travel for another couple of hours to use your service as quickly as possible. NOT YOUR FAULT THOUGH. Thanks.

This is the second time we have used APH. It is always easy to just leave the car and know it will be parked safely whilst we are away. The service to and from the airport is good and the staff are very helpful.

I found the whole experience of parking with APH Birmingham great the bus drivers particulaly were extremely helpful, helping with luggage etc even though we were on a late flight landing at 20.55. Altogether an efficent service - thank you.

Good value for money with good service level. Staff really helpful when the satnav took me to another road in Birmingham with a similar name to the one that they are on.

The only reason I mention the distance from the airport is that we had a very early morning flight which meant allowing an extra 1/2 hour. Transfers were very good and efficient and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definately use them again and have no problem with recommending them to others.

i had a very good experience. the booking was straight forward via the internet. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i didnt have to wait long for transport, also my keys were all at hand when i went to collect them. i found it much easier to get to the airport without troubling anyone for a lift. It also works out cheaper because I dont have to fork out for petrol for people. i am safe in the knowledge that if the plane has been delayed i am not troubling anyone to hang around wondering what to do and wasting their time. Thnak-you.

The only direct signposting does not appear until you reach the roundabout immediately next to the site. Approaching on the A road through Coleshill it would be helpful to have something with the APH logo on a little earlier as there are a lot of roundabouts to contend with which can be confusing.

For us the APH carpark is ideal: halfway between our house & the airport and easy to get to from the M42. The staff are friendly & efficient, and the transfers requent: while we were waiting for the transfer bus at the airport on our return, a lady at the stand moaned that two APH buses had come and gone while she was waiting for hers, and that she would go with APH next time!

The check-in process was quick and friendly. The transfer to the airport takes about 15 minutes, so allow enough time for the transfer. Getting back was as easy as possible; phoned APH from the courtesy phone in the baggage reclaim area of BHX, collected baggage, went outside and 2 mins. later the coach arrived. Driver even helped with the baggage.
