We were very satisfied with the transfer to the airport and our return journey. Driver was waiting for us, no waiting no fuss!!

I had a flat tyre on return. It would have been nice for someone to check it and have filled it up with air for me with a note to say that it had gone down.

The best company we have used -we will definitely use them again and recommend their service.

OK, but the transfers took forever, got straight on coach when arrived but it didn't leave for 25 mins. On return phoned up to confirm our arrival, it took 30 minutes for coach to arrive, tried phoning from mobile to see where coach was but no reply. Other airport trasfers even call or text to advise of any delays etc - this is most gratefully received.

Very easy service to use , tranfers and booking process very efficient.

Very efficient transfers, bus was waiting at both ends. Clean mini bus, very security aware with our car waiting for us on return. Good value compared to airport parking but still alot of money to leave your car.

We've used APH twice now with no problems at all. It's made Birmingham our 1st choice airport even though we are only 35 mins from East Mids airport living near Leicester. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Transfers from airport took over 25 mins to arrive, coach driver was falling asleep at the wheel, car park staff had not got car ready for collection even knowing the time, date and return flight number. I would not use this car park facility again - I now understand why it is so cheap, because you really do get what you pay for!

Good value not far from the airport, staff and access excellent, the only downside the odd one traveller who arrives too late for their departure.

I would use APH again, especially now I have experienced the location and transfers etc. A little confusion on return as there are two car parks leaving from a similar area and it was difficult to know where to queue. The service did seem very organised and everything went to plan.

Hassle - free. Great location for M6 Toll. No more than a 20 minute wait for shuttle bus at both ends. Would use Birmingham APH again and highly recommend it.

APH served our purposes well, the car park was very secure and the staff were friendly and efficient, they arrived to pick us up from the airport just as we came out, so no waiting around. The only down side is that the car park is a bit of a drive from the airport, i would use them again though if flying from Birmingham.

Excellent value for money, no complaints at all. A Simple easy process.
