The staff were friendly and efficient. We left our car with complete confidence and was not dissapointed. We experienced no delays with the transfers, both ways. Would reccommend anytime.

The car park is quite a journey from the airport and not too easy to find first time but it seems secure, well staffed and has good transfers when you get there. The first time we used APH we boarded the AP bus when returning at 3 am. Our stupid mistake that APH were very courteous in correcting but it might be better if AP and APH didn't use the same bus stop at the airport and both the documentation and the driver of the outbound transfer make clear not to confuse the two transfer buses on returning bleary eyed. We eventually found the courtesy phone in the arrivals hall and it meant the bus was waiting for us when we got through the formalities. It could be made easier to find the phone if it had a large poster by it in APH colours. The service at the car park and on the buses was good this time but the previous time we had an outbound bus driver with an attitude problem in his treatment of baggage and his comments to passengers. It caused no more than a few raised eyebrows and 3 good transfers and 1 slightly tarnished one is not bad.

I would definately recommend this parking. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and efficient transfers. Bus was waiting on our return. Very good value for money.

located just off motorway, easy to follow directions. all staff friendly and helpful, particularly drivers helping with luggage. very little waiting for bus transfers. excellent service, great value for money.

You have a excellent service we have used you many times and recommended you to all of our friends and family who have also give us a good fed back.Congratulations on a wonderfull service to and your staff,that without would not run as well as it does. Service ticked all the boxes re security, customer service and value for money even though return flight was at 2am. distance from car park to terminal building was a genuine 15 mins, probably slightly less.

Would definetley use this service again, we rang them as we were leaving airport on the free courtsey phone by the time we were outside the bus was there waiting. When we got to the parking lot the car was ready. excellent all round

Booking online was easy. Needed to amend time ( brought forward ) - very helpful on 'phone and amended email received within 10mins. Pleasant welcome at Reception both on arrival with car and when collecting car a week later. Have previously used them and will do so in future.

We have used several parking company's over the last ten years. APH has consistantly delivered an excellent value for money service. Long may it continue.

Arrived a little late due to traffic. Was immediately transferred to airport in plenty of time. On return to uk, strait on to transfer bus to car park. Into car and home in no time. Excellent.

very efficient service and little time wasted from arriving at carpark to go to airport and on return,seemed like quite a long drive to airport but not a problem as long as you leave plenty of time.

Other parking facilities have used smaller mini buses rather than large buses, which understanably have to wait to fill up, this did cause a small delay. This is a very minor point on what was overall a very good experience.

The distance from the airport means that transfer coaches are less frequent, more crowded (people were standing on our return pick-up which is not ideal on a route which is mainly on the busy M42)and more time must be allowed for departures. Apart from that a good service at a good price.

This was the first time we used this service with APH and was very pleased .When we arrived at Hams Hall there was a bus already waiting there , and we left within 5 mins . The bus driver took our cases from us and insisted on loading them on to the bus . It took around 10 - 15 mins to get to the airport and the driver again insisted on taking our luggage off the bus . He clearly stated where our pick up point would be on our return , and we were told to ring them when we landed for to be picked up . When we arrived back we phoned them and by the time we got to the pick up point the bus was already waiting for us . Again the driver took all our luggage and loaded it on to the bus . When we got back to Hams Hll we picked up our keys and were told where our car was within 2 mins . It was a very good service and i would reccommend them . Well done APH and many thanks .

This is our third time of using this car park for our holiday using Birmingham Airport and will have no hesitation to use it for our next flight from the airport.

found the carpark easily and got the coach to the airport within half an hour.there was a coach within minutes,of arrival and best of all the driver was helpful and the car waiting for us!!!

we were more than satisfied with the service and the price for three weeks was much less than hiring a taxi! It was definitely service with a smile especially when they had to 'jump start' the car for us before we could leave! Thanks again, we'll definately use you again.

Great service, friendly staff and swift service. So far the best holiday parking I've ver had (don't use National Express what ever you do - I missed a flight with them). Would recommend to all and definately use for all my holidays.

We found the car park, parked the car, booked in, caught the bus, all of which took 10-15 mins. drop of at airport. After the hols we used their phone near the baggage pick up, the bus was outside when we got out, driver helps you with baggage, very nice people. take you back to your car park, book out at office, they show you where the car is. very simple & lots of help. Thank you
