APH made what was a great short break to Dublin even better by their helpfulness on getting us to the airport and collecting us afterwards.

Good all round service. Staff good, location a little way from birmigham airport but bus was there to greet us when we arrived. Will certainly use aph service again.

A maximum of 15 mins between shuttle buses would considerably improve the service especially noticable when standing in cold temperatures having returned from hot climates. I am 6'2" and cannot sit with my legs other than sideways projecting into the gangway of the bus.

Warm welcome from staff, very helpful. Transfer to and from airport went without delay. This was our first time with airport parking, but will not be our last. Thank you again for a very good service, and end to our holiday.

This was the first time we had used APH, we found everything from the original booking to the arrival at the airport as advertised, very honest, pleasent staff and well organised. We had peace of mind during our holiday, confident that the car was safe and transport would be waiting for us on arrival home. We will certainly use APH at whichever airport we leave from in future.

Staff were really great, especially the driver who gave us directions when we got lost!! He was also our driver on both transfers and nothing was too much trouble and all was done with a smile. Would recommend APH to anyone and would use them again if we ever had to travel from Birmingham airport in the future. Prices are very competitive.

Transfer time is too long especially compared with transfer time at other airports. This needs to be taken into account when there is a choice of airports.

I had no problem booking, had a quick reply online and a hassle free holiday, have used before and will use again.

Very good all round service. Check-in on arrival and return took minutes, very efficient. Slight mishap - keys were given to someone else but this was sorted quickly. See you next week!
