When I had to return to collect my car just after leaving it, having rung up staff to retrieve my car, I was instructed to catch the next bus back. The staff phoned through to make sure that the bus driver picked me up! Brilliant. Willingly travelled further to use them again.

No problems at all,did not have to wait for transport to airport and coming back into the UK at 2.00 am transport available straight away. Would use APH again and wish I had found out about them earlier. Excellent value for money and cheerful staff.

the Car Park wasn't well signed from roundabout and written directions could have been better. However the site was very good, and very secure. The staff were friendly and the transfer service was very good. It could benefit from a proper sized WARM waiting room whilst you wait for your bus but otherwise it was fine. The bus drivers were very helpful with cases and again very friendly. I wished we'd been told that we had to call the Car park on our return "before going through Customs" I hadn't noticed the instruction on the ticket until after we'd gone through and come out of the airport building. All in all a very good experience and we would certainly use them again.

I have used this carpark three times now and on every occasion they have taken care of my car with no problems and always provide fast reliable transfers. Would recommend and use again.

We found that APH Parking near Birmingham very handy for us, we knew our car would be looked after in a secure and safe area and in doing so knew we could enjoy our holiday.

Excellent service. 10 - 15 minutes to airport. On return, I don't think there was a courtesy phone in Terminal 2 (if there was we didn't see it). No problem though - we walked to the pick up point and got straight onto a mini bus which was waiting. Would certainly use them again.

Quick simple friendly all in all a pleasure even at 5am and just as easy coming back !thankyou for making the whole holiday great and will use you again thats for sure .

It took 3 goes to find our car with no-one prepared to leave the office to help despite the fact we were laden down with baggage and had two small children.

We were able to get straight onto the bus on arrival. The driver was kind enough to hang on a couple of minutes until friends of another party arrived before departing for the airport. Upon return, we only had to wait about 10mins for the return bus. All in all, a very pleasnt experience.

APH staff were all cheery, even though we arrived at 03.30! We only had to wait 5 minutes, each way, for transfers to and from BHX. I will be using APH again.

Everything went very smoothly, but we could well have had problems finding the right lane off Jn 9 of the M42. I think you might advse drivers that coming from M6 east you will be signed as if you are joining the M6 Toll and also when leaving at Jn 9 to keep in the ? 3rd lane of is it 5? A small point but we were glad we arrived at 7am not 8 or later when the road would have been much busier.

Much easier than any other car park I have used as you leave your car by the reception desk and collect it from there on return - no driving round for a space and then having to drive round the car park in the coach. Helpful, courteous staff.

Leaving of our car at APH and being bussed straight to departues made our trip much easier and the pickup when we returned was very smooth. Would definitely use this service again.

Although got a little confused travelling to car park the customer service and cost were fantastic. Car park is well organised and no waiting for transfers. Will definately use again and have recommended to friends flying from Birmingham.

Having got caught in traffic was running late..just missed one bus, booked in and went to get on next bus, struggled to put on 2 cases and was not offered any help by driver(cases put on last time I used this service and on our return)then sat for 20mins (he waited for a family that turned up when we should have been leaving)making it nearer 25mins after..we got to the checkin with only 10mins to spare before they closed it. Moral of story allow plenty of time for journey and do not rely on the buses running perfectly on time

Living in the south east I have travelled from most of the london airports where parking is expensive and the staff are painful. What a great surprise to be given excellent customer service, excellent parking rates and pleasant staff. It made the drive up the M40 worth while and one I will seriously consider again

Had a nightmare experience with Airparks last time I used Birmingham. APH was so much better, I will certainly use them again when I fly from Birmingham.

The Hams Hall parking was easy to locate and transfers were no problem, although distance from airport could be an issue at rush hour times. Also need to ensure get the right APH bus as more than one site from the same bus stop.

The receptionist was welcoming upon our arrival and clearly explained what the process was. She was even interested on where we were going on holiday!!

Friendly staff, efficient service of calling for collection so you don't have to wait around outside the airport. Reasonable price, would recommend over Airparks who are rubbish!
