On the whole excellent however talking to others I understand that AA/RAC dscounts are sometimes available. Discount or no discount I would certainly use the service again.

Very easy to book online, great service provided with very secure facilities, quick transfers and very good value for money. Will use APH Birmingham again.

Found car park easily. Waited longer than expected to be taken to airport. On return poor sign posting for pickup point.

On arrivel the sit down area should be more highlighted and easier for people to transfer luggage to the courtesey coach without the danger of being runover by cars arriving to park.

I would recommend both yourselves and Birmingham Airport to anyone living in East Anglia - although further away the service is second to none in my opinion.

All good on the way in although allow plenty of time as you may have to wait for the transfer. Shame the return bus took so long (I guess it was waiting for more passangers) but I would like to have gotten home sooner. Will definitely use the service again though (much cheaper than catching the train!!).

The price was good and the service was good, that's what I was looking for.

Having used both on-airport and off site parking, both necessitate some delays in reaching your vehicle, but off-airpor parking was definitley cheaper!

The service offered ensures you feel your car is secure whilst away on holiday. The fee was the cheapest found on-line however APH was difficult to find with the directions issued.

The only car park available for a last-minute flight, so very welcome. But I'd pay more for more frequent transfers; they seem to be once per hour.

I was very pleased with the overall service from the friendly, helpful staff at Birmingham APH Parking. Coaches ran regularly, so there was no waiting around. The phone in the arrivals baggage collection area is clearly visible and the coach was waiting to collect us. I will highly recommend APH to all my friends and family and will definitely use APH everytime I travel from Birmingham airport. Thank you.

Very important! The ability to arrive from the north i.e M42 and simply pull off via a couple of fairly simple roundabouts and into the secure compund thus avoiding the horiffic and complex routes traffic and roadworks.All that part is done by the coach! If you can conveniently get to Birmingham APH park it will save a great deal of pressure particularly at peak traffic periods.

Friendly staff, superb service.

The service was really quick and easy and the staff were so friendly even at 2am! The driver of the APH transfer bus even remembered us on our return and the process was a lot easier than we thought it would be. The only other thing i would suggest is better signing for getting to the car park as the little lane it is down off the roundabout seems so dark and small so we got a bit lost but we'll know for next time!

Excellent service, easy, quick and efficient. I will definitely use APH again when flying from Birmingham in the future.

Convenient, efficient service to and from the airport. The security facilities gave us the confidence that the car would be safe. The overall service was good value for money.

A bit of delay picking us up from the airport on our return but it was others whining that made us notice it. Driver a bit glum/defensive, but then we weren't looking for a stand up comedian. The staff on the phone and in the office are efficient, friendly, reassuring, clear and patient. Overall, an excellent way to catch a plane, a stress free start and finish to a holiday. We will always do it from now on so long as you don't hike the prices!
