APH gives you everything it says on the label we will use this service again.

We arrived and checked in with out any problems. Transfers to and from the airport were very easy, we did'nt even have to wait for a coach and check out was also straight forward.

Easy to find off the motorway, when there you are quickly booked in and transfered to the airport. when returning you phone from the line in the baggage reclaim and picked up by there bus. Nice, easy and cheap, good value. thnx.

The Car Park service offered gives you peace of mind when out of the country. It is quick and efficient and there is not to much waiting about when returning. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Phoned as soon as we got bags around 50 people waiting for pick up after numerous phone calls they sent a coach took at least 45 mins to arrive spoilt what had been a great holiday.

I found it wery easy to book online. Upon arrival I found the staff freindly and helpful and the transfer to the airport was smooth. It was the same on my return.

The booking was easy, finding the secure parking was not so easy. Once we were inside the parking area everything was done in a friendly professional manner, transport to the airport was good, on our return a phone call to APH and once we cleared baggage reclaim transport was there to take us backto the secure car park. Very efficient and friendly staff. Thanks for everything, keep up the good work.

Where do I start? The drivers were surly and rude, one of our cases was ripped on the way to the airport (which we reported on our return and were told that damage to luggage was not covered as we could not prove it had been done by APH). We had to wait 20 minutes in the freezing cold after arriving at the appointed bus stop - despite having telephoned immediately after landing (approx. 40 minutes prior to being picked up). Our complaints made to the woman on the reception desk at APH were met with total disinterest and (although we were eventually given an address to write to after insisting that I wanted to submit a complaint) we were told that the buses run every 15 minutes so we couldn't possibly have been waiting that long (we were luckier than some of the other APH customers who were behind us in the queue as they were left waiting even longer as there wasn't another bus immediately after ours). In the past we have used Airparks without any problems at all and only tried APH because they seemed to be in a better location. After this experience I will never use APH again and will recommend to friends that they also avoid this cowboy outfit.

We have used APH Birmingham several times, and when a piece of our hand luggage was mistakenly picked up by some one else, they were really helpful, and we had it back within an hour.

Takes long time to get to airport from parking. Do allow plenty of time to get to car park/airport.

Really impressed, staff so friendly and willing to do anything. Transfers were very quick and were not waiting around for the mini bus when landed, it was there straight away. 100% value for money.

Good value for money, reasonably quick and efficient service.

The car park staff pleasant and very efficient, easy to get to and reasonably priced.

Very good parking facility. A little bit too far for us as we had to drive past the airport to get to the carpark. Added another hour to the journey. The directions need to be clarified.

The transfer was very easy. Directions were good, all went very smoothly, cheers.

Direction could have been a little simpler. The sign APH is hidden and not very visible. We nearly missed it!!

We found it an easy carpark to find & once there we were able to put our luggage straight onto the waiting bus, on our return our car was ready for us immediately. The driver was very helpful when we discovered one of our bags had been damaged by baggage handlers.

It was easy to park up and the transfers were frequent to the airport, the courtesy phone at the airport on arriving back in Birmingham was easy to locate and the courtesy bus waited till everyone had boarded the bus before leaving to go back to the carpark.

Infrequent bus, no help with luggage, value for money though.

Made the start & finish to our holiday hassle free. We will definitely use them again.
