APH Birmingham Parking reviews

i beleive the normal parking service is very good have used it before only with a push along wheel chair for my wife, this time we took a scooter had to wait 30-40 minutes until a big bus came, then people herded on, when i managed to get to the driver he was very helpful, on returning i asked in office about complaint not much interest, i beleive this is perhaps an oversight and could easily be addressed, i will use this paeking again but will be now aware of this downfall

Car park as expected, prompt with dropping off & collecting, friendly staff

The parking service and outbound transfer to the airport were good. The driver on the return transfer from the airport was rude and obnoxious to customers (not me personally, but to others in my presence).

Make sure you follow the signs as my satnav did not tale us directly to the site. Once at the site, everything went smoothly.

From start to finish APH Birmingham offered an excellent service at an excellent price. We arrived at the car park reception and were seen immediately, we hopped onto the waiting bus which took us directly to the airport. On our arrival back into Birmingham the bus was waiting for us and it was straight back to the car park. No waiting around at all :) I would recommend APH to anyone travelling from Birmingham Airport.

Excellent service. We arrived at aph and were on our way to the airport within 15 mins. On return the mini bus was waiting outside the arrivals door and within 10 mins we were on our way to the car park. At the car park the car was ready and waiting near reception.

We were so pressed by the Efficency of this service can highly reccomending and will definitely be using this airport parking again and we have told all our friends about it.

We arrived at 7.55am due to terrible roadworks traffic and told you we were running late and the flight time etc. An empty bus arrived back at the depot 5 minutes later .....so we should have made it ! But thanks to the desk staff not asking the driver to leave, the driver faffing around for 20 more minutes and then a 15 minute journey to the terminal meant we missed our flight. Resulting in and extra £750 costs and one day missed of our holiday !!!!!!!!! Thanks ....
