"...No meet and greet, we had to find the porta cabin! Other than that it worked well although there was no 'condition of car handover' so unsure what would have happened if we had noticed damage on our return. Car was waiting when we got back. I am a regular M&G customer, usually at Heathrow but in all in all this worked fine. Would recommend the service to anyone flying from Birmingham..."

"...Meet & Greet is a farce it is basically off site parking I would not recommend this service in the past a have booked meet and greet and you park outside the airport hand over the keys and start your holiday Not with this service I had to drive to the train station and when I got there I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to turn up. I rang the office to complain and an extremely rude lady shouted down the phone and then hung up. Upon return from my holiday the same service we waiting 15 minutes after taking the mono rail I would not recommend these people to any one, please book with someone else RUBBISH UNORGANISED RUDE POOR VALUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.."
