What can I say, great value for money. The airport parking was so easy to find. The transfer to Birmingham airport was straight forward. We arrived outside the terminal. Coming home, all we had to do was call APH from their phone which was located next to the baggage area, and the bus was waiting for us. The driver even helped with our luggage onto the bus. Great service. Would recommend.

service was exalent the only thing when we got off the motorway it wasnt sign posted we had to ask someone where the car park was

Great service, no problems what-so-ever, 2nd time we have used them we will certainly use them again.

I was a little concerned beforehand that being so far off-site might make the journey drawn out or even miss my flight. As it was it was easy to find, the transfer to the airport was almost immediate. On my return the bus was prompt to take me back to my car where i was given my keys quickly, all very important late at night when you just want to get home. The staff were friendly and efficient. One of the best I have experienced and would definately use them again.

Athough someway from the airport itself AHP was easy to get to and away from being just of the M42. Buses were clean and efficient and there was only a short wait for them to arrive. I would happily recommend this car park to anyone travelling from Birmingham airport.

APH is easily fuond from the main road network. Simple hassle free checkin with fast and frequent links to the airport. On return very early in the morning, bus was ready to pick up within minutes of arriving at the pick up point. Fast hand back of car. Highly recommended.

First time we used this service. We were very impresed with the very friendly staff , the speed that we where dealt with and the car ready and waiting for us outside the office on our return . PERFECT

We planned our arrival at the Birmingham airport for 5.00am. We arrived at APH at 4.30am am and we arrived right on schedule.

Great value for money, no problems finding the place and quick transfers to airport (leave car near reception, hand in keys & they park it for you). On return you have to hunt for the courtesy phone to let them know you've arrived, then they collect you from where they dropped you off. We had to wait about 20mins but it looked as though traffic was very busy. Main downside was that they park your car in an area near to the reception like A, B, C or D and you have to hunt for it a bit - plus it was chucking down with rain when we had to do that which wasn't a great welcome home! All-in-all a good experience and I will definitely use them again.

On arrival my keys were handed in to reception and we were boarded emediatly onto a transfer bus which then left and promptly delivered us to the Airport. The ticket given to us at reception stated that there was a courtesy phone in the arivals hall for use on our return. On looking for this I was informed by airport staff that it had been removed 18months previously. We then made contact via a mobile phone and were picked up within 20 minutes of the call.

great system but sometimes the bus can be to full and drivers are not allways as helpful as they could be i think.

No real negatives experienced, altho the driver on the return trip wasnt inclined to give anyone a hand - on or off - with their luggage!!

Although this park is some fifteen to twenty minutes from the airport your car is well looked after and the APH coach drops you off directly in front of the departure hall.The return journey is equally well organised although we had trouble finding the freeway phone inside the terminal.

don,t be put off by distance from airport as the transfer is efficient, may need to allow alittle extra time in busy rush hour traffic

you sent me to the wrong place as i wanted to fly from east midlands so i missed the flight and could not fly till sun cost me lots

Just book it in. The buses run on time ( where else have you heard that?)and the service is efficient throughout. No frills, no flannel, just good service at a good price. Good luck to you. I'll be back.

Easy to find and location means that you don't have to deal with the more complicated roadways approaching the actual airport. Only approx 10/15 mins from airport.

Excellant, 45 minutes to home, 15 minutes to airport, most excellant, even when we arrived back at midnight - all friendly happy staff.
