Phone the meet and greet operator 15 to 20 minutes prior to arriving at the airport using the number on your booking confirmation. Select Option 1. As you arrive at Birmingham Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to Valet Parking.

departure

Phone Ace Meet and Greet using the number on your booking confirmation and select option 1. As you leave the terminal building, follow signs to Valet Parking (where you dropped your car off).

Ace Meet and Greet offers the following security features whilst your vehicle is stored.

restrictions

Parking is for cars only and they must fit into a standard sized parking space (2.4 metres x 4.8 metres). If your car does not fit into a standard parking space, you must call Ace prior to the drop off date and extra charges may apply. Minibuses and large vehicles may be refused if you have not made prior arrangements with Ace. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats will not be accepted.
