Directions good except when approaching from Toll road. Missed exit on first use (possibly my fault) Directions for this road would be useful.

Bus used was not suitable as you had to take your heavy case on board the bus. Much prefer a bus where you can put cases in a trailer or in the boot of the bus. Wait for bus on return was excessive, this could be due to distance to airport and arrival at airport was during the rush hour.

Transfer bus regular car kept secure at reasonable price and presented at end of trip warm and ready to drive away.

We came from Nottinham so APH was on the right side of the airport and easy to find. The paperwork was quick and easy and the coach was waiting for us on our return.

From start to finish they were very professional, on time, happy, helpful! would use again.

We were only able to access car park through closed security gates, which made me feel better about parking there. I also liked how they had our car at the front, near reception, when we got back, so we did not have to spend a long time looking for the car!

The service was easy to book and quick and efficient to use. I particularly liked the APH freephone in the baggage hall, and the fact that you don't have to wait until you've got your luggage before phoning, so the wait for the bus is greatly reduced. Overall a good, value for money service.

When we walked in we were greeted as Mr and Mrs Rippin a nice touch when they are dealing with hundreds a day. All staff were friendly and curtious.

APH parking facility is conveniently located to Stafford and is relatively easy to find. You do need to consider the time it takes to book in and transfer, and allow sufficient time, at least 45 mins. The only disadvantage, which is not the fault of APH, is that I find the Coleshill roundabout a real nightmare, when joining the M6 or M6 toll, and I always end up using the toll road which is extra cost.

It seems a long, long way past the airport when you're coming from Wales, particularly when there is very slow traffic on the M42, and we got lost, but once we arrived we found the leaving of the car and the transfer back to the airport very quick and painless.

The staff treated us correctley, considering it was 4 in the morning, there was no waiting about ethier on our departure or return, in this day and age very nice to see, and great value for money! Thank you very much.

Didn't say that they'd pick us up from where we got off when we arrived - also could have said the letter for the bus stop.

This is a great location for parking if coming from London or the East however when coming from the West side of the West Midlands it feels as though you are travelling a long distance to the parking site.

I admit there was a bustling crowd waiting to alight the coach, but I was kept waiting in the rain while parts of families had alighted the bus and left others with suitcases, the driver was unsure how many seats were available etc. Needs to be a bit better organised as people are irate and tired after the flight.

Overall a satisfactory service. Very quick collection of vehicle on return which was great as we were tired after the traveling. would recommend the company without hesitation.

Easy to find and get to. Efficient meet and greet. Pleasant staff and drivers. I will use this park the next I fly from Birmingham.

We were dealt with quickly and efficiently. When I returned to the airport and telephoned APH giving my name, the receptionist knew straight away which car was ours. The drivers of the coaches were safe and efficient. Would use APH again.

I would prefer to park my car myself, instead of having to hand it over to a car park attendent.

The parking was close enough to the airport with only approx 15 min transfer. Car park was very secure. Transfer bus was clean. When we got back we where on a 53 seater coach and thought we would be ages getting our luggage and keys but we were off site on our way home in 5 mins. Very efficient.
